Chapter 14

The next morning, I woke up and looked over at Cody's clock to see it was 8:45 and we had 15 minutes to get to school.
"Aww shit Cody!!Get up or were gunna be late!!",I groaned as I got up.
I walked over to the bags he grabbed me last night, then found some jeans, and put them on, not caring, then ran into his closet taking my shirt off then grabbed a black one of his, and walked out to put my shoes on.
He hadn't gotten up yet, and he was laying on his stomach, so I grabbed my pillow and sat on his back then started hitting him to the rhythm of "Get.Your.Ass.Up.Now" over and over again.
"Alright, alright,ALRIGHT!!I'm up!!'', he said and held his arm up.
"Get dressed, come on",I said as I got off him, then I sat at the end of the bed and put my shoes on.

I put one shoe on, then he stood up and walked into his closet, with no shirt on mind, and holy hot damn was he fine.
Shaking my head at myself, I continued putting my other shoe on then I stood up and grabbed my Blackheart jacket as he walked out of his closet putting a shirt on.
"We takin the bike?", I asked and grabbed my bag.
"Yea",he answered.
"Alright, so Angel gets the car", I mumbled as I grabbed my keys out of my jacket pocket.
We rushed downstairs where Angel was already waiting on the couch, so I whistled and when he looked up, I threw him the keys.
"Alright!!!",he laughed as he followed us outside.
He went and got in the car, while Cody and I got on his bike, then we all went to school.

The first couple of classes, we didn't talk as much as we usually do all the time cause we were dog ass tired, so I didn't really mind it, but when we went to lunch was when we actually talked.
I was sitting there at the table, waiting for Cody, getting stares and looks from a bunch of people, most likely from the hangout last night, but I didn't care.
Rolling my eyes at them, I finally threw my fork down on my plate and pushed it away because the shit they expect us to eat looks like shit.
"Mornin princess, you look like shit",someone said as they sat down next to me and I laughed as I rolled my eyes.
"Gee, Cody you really know how to make a girl feel pretty...", I trailed off as  turned to him, and I didn't realize how screwed up his face was from last night.
"Jesus Cody", I said and moved his hair away from his temple where there was a big ass bruise.

"Don't worry about it", he waved me off."I've been gettin looks all mornin."
"Yea me too", I said."I don't think it was because we got terminated from the gang though, I think it's from the whole Sonny thing...God!!We need to find some kind of way to prove to them that Hardin did it...Some way to prove that Bryles and him are killin people."
He nodded and stared down at the table then looked at me.
"Come with me over to Hardin's house ok?Today after school",he said."We both saw him with Sonny's crucifix, and if we go over there and find it, we can prove to people he did."
"Yea, sure thing", I shrugged."But why not now?"
"Cut class?",he smirked and I smirked back then shrugged."Oh and close your eyes."

I looked at with and eyebrow raised and scoffed.
"The last time someone said that to me, we were friends with Hector",I said, and he rolled his eyes.
"Just do it would ya?",he said.
I laughed and shook my head at him, but I closed my eyes.
"Ok you can look",he said, and when I opened my eyes, there was a pizza box sitting in front of me and I raised a hand to my mouth.
"I think I'm gunna cry",I pretended to fan my eyes and he laughed."How did you even get this?"
"Some kid was comin in with it, so I paid him 5 bucks for it and he gave it to me",he shrugged.
"Have I ever told you how much I loveee you", I said as I picked up a piece and he laughed again then I slid the box over to him.

Then the rest of lunch, we sat there and were fatasses.
