"You are?", she said wide eyed.
"I might be", I corrected.
"Ok, well what other things have been happening?", she asked."Anything up with your stomach?"
"Um, yeah, Cody said I felt a little hot earlier like I had a fever, um....I felt my stomach earlier and it was hot for some reason, but I also threw up this morning which makes me wonder if I'm pregnant", I shrugged.
"Ok, I want you both to calm down because you are not pregnant", she said looking between the two of us and we both let out a sigh of relief."In fact, it sounds like you have a mild infection from your bullet wounds so why don't we check it out ok?"
"Alright sounds good",I nodded then she went off to set everything up and I turned to Cody who looked like he was gunna pass out so I laughed."You ok there?"
"Yeah", he nodded at the floor, then looked up at me again."God I don't know what I would've done if you were pregnant."
"Me neither", I said."As much as I love you Cody I'm not having your kid."
"Yeah I don't blame you", he nodded at the floor again.
"Yet", I smirked and he looked up shocked."I'm not gunna have your kid just yet."
"You'd wanna have kids with me?", he started smiling.
"Yeah sure", I nodded and started smiling too.
"Really?", he smiled even bigger like a little kid.
"Yes", I laughed."But I dunno...I can barely handle you as it is... God know's I need a mini Cody running around."
He just rolled his eyes and threw his arm over my shoulder as we walked over to Alice.
I took my shirt off cause, well, who the fuck cares?
Bottom line is, I took it off, then threw it at Cody and laid down on the bed while Alice came over and checked me out.
"You said you had a fever, you threw up, and that the spot of the incision was hot?", she asked looking up at me from my stomach.
"Yeah", I nodded, putting one arm behind my head.
"Yeah you definitely have an infection here I need to clean it", she nodded to herself as she got up and grabbed the alcohol from off a shelf.
"Oh great...my favorite part", I laughed and covered my face with my hands.
"Just talk to me the entire time babe", Cody said as he sat on the side of the bed with me.
