Chapter 36

The next time I woke up, I was in the hospital room of the Blackheart hangout.

Except I was in there alone.

I was still wearing the same thing I was when we left the school, so I looked down, picking my shirt up to look at my stomach and there was nothing there.

No scars, cuts, bullet wounds, stitches- nothing.

Like nothing had been there all along.

Freaking out, I got up, then looked around the room one more time before I walked to the door, threw it open and ran down the hall.

"CODY!?!?", I yelled and the only thing I got back was the echo of myself."Cody!?"

Still nothing.

I ran into the main room of the hangout and looked around to see everything was just as it was before we left.

"CODY!!", I yelled again, running into the bar area."CODY!?! ANGEL!!....DAWN-ANYBODY!?"

Still nothing.

I let a shaky breath out as I looked around, slowly starting to hyperventilate as I put my hands on the back of my head.

One thing I'm deathly afraid of that Cody probably never mentioned?

Being alone.

"Their not here", someone said and I turned my head to see my Mom standing out in the middle of the stage.

"Then where the hell are they?", I said as I walked towards her then stopped once I stood in front of the stage."Please tell me I'm not dead-that their not dead."

"Oh their not dead sweetheart and neither are you", she shook her head, walking down the stage steps then she stood in front of me and crossed her arms."That's not why I've brought you here."

"Then why am I here?", I asked.

"There's a couple people who would like to see you", she smiled and I gave her a confused look.

"Hey Jess", someone said behind me, and I spun around to see Kurt standing there and smiling.

"KURT!!", I said then ran over and attacked him in a hug.

I never really talked about this, but Kurt was always like a brother to me.

You would'nt know that though, cause as far as you guys know, we did'nt really hang out a lot.
