This is it. He's right there. Any moment now.

A couple of months had passed since her and jisoo's conversation had happened. No matter how much Jisoo reassured her, nothing. No matter how close jaemin and y/n had gotten.

Now, he was with his friends, and y/n just happened to have to wait for her parents to pick her up. Which happened to be in an hour and a half. And so, jaemin and his noisy friends walked. Into study hall, all joking about god knows what. And y/n happened to be sitting right by the door, earbuds in, sketching in the small notepad she had.

oh godd. Why are they here. Why did they decide to walk in on me. Why did i have to be drawing at the moment. Why in general.

'"Heyyy! Y/N!!!" She could hear mark call from a distance. Jaemin saw where mark was looking, and whipped his head around. His iconic bright smile almost blinded her.

Oh god. I'm too young to be blinded to death.

"Hey!" Jaemin said in the bright, happy voice he always did. She smiled back, hopefully not being obvious wiping her sweaty palms on the seat of the chair.

And so the next hour, she and the boys goofed off, getting yelled at by the teachers, and running away from the custodians.

"heh," said jisung. "I guess custodians don't like it when haechan pulls out a can of silly spray and demolishes everyone in his way. Who would of thought." Which resulted in haechan giving jisung a playful slap, and then everyone laughing.

Y/n was almost having fun, being so close to jaemin when she heard a honk behind her.

"yah! Minnie! I'm here!" A high pitched voice called.

"Oh!" Jaemin said, rubbing his neck with a silly grin on his face. "My ride's here." He started to go to the car, when y/n interrupted.

"Uh, wait... who's this?" She said, nodding her head towards the girl waiting in the passenger seat of the car.

"Oh! Yeah... uh, i forgot to tell you. Uh, y/n.... i got a girlfriend!" Jaemin said, painfully oblivious to the horrified expression on the poor girl's face. The rest of his friends started hooting, making little hearts towards the girl and kissy sounds, as jaemin ran towards the car.

Y/n watched in slow motion as jaemin hugged the girl, and get into the seat next to her.

"Uh, guys? Something came up, i gotta go." She said quickly, before they could see her red and embarrassed face.

Oh hell no. Why does this happen to me?
