"SURPRISEEEEE!!" shouted everyone once as haeun stepped through the door. She then gasped, clapping her hand over her mouth. Y/n rolled her eyes, she could see how fake haeun really was.
Through the happy "thank you!"s and the "oh my god!"s coming from haeun, y/n waiting in the back of the room, arms crossed, studying her.
It was no secret that haeun was pretty. She had high cheekbones and light fair skin. The clothes she was wearing were pastel pink and white, which matched with her perfectly. Her hair was done in slow curls, almost like she knew there was a party and got dressed up.
Y/n immediately left the room as soon as haeun planted a kiss on jaemin's cheek, and loud cheering erupted from the room. Y/n helped herself to another slice of pizza, heaving onto the chair. She wanted to leave, but everyone was blocking the door.
If I jump out the window would anyone notice... the real question is which window should I jump out of.
She knew Jisoo would laugh at what she was thinking, and with a pang of sadness, y/n realized how much she missed talking to her. She was her closest friend, plus she did stop y/n from doing stupid things like jumping out windows.
... ugh all the windows are locked anyway.
Jisoo was pretty much all her impulse control.
For the next hour, y/n was able to live through the party, excusing herself once in a while to take a 15 minute break while looking at memes on her phone. No one seemed to notice her missing anyway.
But problems emerged about 2 hours into the party, when haeun approached her.
"Sooo... you're y/n right?"
Y/n looked at her warily, not wanting to talk to her at all.
"...yes. I am." She said as abruptly as she could.
"Jaemin has told me all about you!" Haeun said in excitement. Which was totally fake, y/n deemed.
"Really?" This news had caught y/n off guard, and she felt her face grow red.
"Yeah!! Things about how you're such a great friend, and he's so thankful to have such a great friend...". Haeun said.
...was is just y/n or did it seem like haeun was emphasizing the word "friend"?
Without any warning, haeun grabbed her wrist tightly and pulled her into the other room, away from the guests.
"Listen, I know about your crush. It must hurt to know he's got a girlfriend, right?" Haeun said in mock sympathy, making a little frowny face with the last sentence. Y/n was too shocked to react.
"I don't care how happy he might be when he sees you, he likes me, I like him. Is that so hard to understand?" Haeun continued on. Y/n had gotten over the initial shock of her words, and started to grow angry.
"So I'm going to make things clear. You stay away from my boyfriend. You guys are not friends."
Y/n was shaking so hard with anger, and it took all her will not to slap her stupidly pretty face.
bOy this girl is asking for itttttttt.
Y/n turned to leave, walking into the party room, her face burning red. No one seemed to notice her walking towards the door.
"Are you leaving so soon?" Haeun asked, walking into the party room as well, "what a shame. I wi-"
BAM.
No one talked for a second. It was dead quiet.
Y/n didn't even realize what she did until her fist started to tingle.
Haeun had her head turned, her mouth open in shock. Her cheek and her nose were turning a blotchy red. A drip of blood started to come out from her nose.
"What the hell y/n?!" She could hear Jaemin yell.
But she couldn't answer, her eyes overfilling with tears as she ran through the door of the house, and into the street.
A/N: OOOooOooOo bOIiIIiiIi what's gonna happen next
