"Yeah, Jeno. What's up?" Y/n said, voice shaking a little. Jeno seemed oblivious to her nervousness and started to talk.
"Well, ya know haeun?" He asked. He saw her confused expression, and started to talk again as soon as y/n shook her head. He seemed eager to get it out.
"She's dating jaemin." He said

"Well, Jaemin wanted to plan a surprise party for her, and-"

"He thought you would be really good at planning these types of things. So he wants you to help."

"I asked Mark if it would be okay for you to come, and he was against you coming. Saying something how it would be mean, but renjun thought you would be fine with it. So what do you think?"

Realizing Jeno couldn't hear her inner dialogue, she cleared her throat really quickly. Before she could say anything, she paused to think what Jeno meant by mark's advice.
What do you mean, "it would be mean"? Is Mark assuming I would break down like I did at the garden? And what was his meeting with Jisoo about? Ugh. He's been getting on my nerves.
"Uh, y/n, you've been staring at me for like a minute now." Jeno said.
"Uh yeah! I mean, no... wait... no as in i wouldn't mind! I, uh, I would be fine with helping out."
"That would be great!! Thanks so much y/n! I'll text you the details. You'll be in a group chat with everyone else planning it. Okay bye now!" Jeno ran ahead, his house on sight.
