I Don't Need Your Help - shizaya (completed)

Chapter 11

A/n a shorter chapter or once :3 this one might be a bit boring but it's still important, you can go to the next one if you want, but there's some important stuff here.
Shinra POV

As Izaya and Shizuo walk out he door I get to work looking through he appartment.

First thing that stands out to me is the bathroom. The door is closed but I can see blood from underneath it.

I open it to find a pool of blood and his switchblade by the mirror.

I couldn't see how deep the cuts were because they where covered by the bruise.

But based on all this blood I can say they where pretty deep. I'm going to need to give him stitches.

I pick up the switchblade, getting some blood on me. Damn. I put the switchblade in my pocket.

As I walk out of he bathroom I can see some soup on the table untouched. I look around some more until I remember what I told him last time.

I opened the draw next to his bed to find unopened boxes of sleeping tablets I had prescribed him.

Why won't he take them? he needs these! This might be why he's passing out, just to give his body a break.

I walk into his kitchen and look around. He said he hasn't eaten for a week, personally I think it's longer than that.

There's no food in the house, so he's either been eating out or living off snacks until the week he ate nothing.

I open one of the cupboards to find a lot of coffee, this is probably how he keeps himself awake.

I walk over to his desk, nothing special, just his computer and a few other things, I'm just about to leave when I hear the door open.

As I turn around to look  I can hear Nanami." hey Izaya you here today?!" She shouts from the door.

She walks on and spots me. " oh hey Shinra, where's Izaya?" Before I could even say anything she speaks again

" is that blood?" She points to my lab coat.
"Yeah, do you mind cleaning the bathroom, it looks like a murder scene" I say jokingly, but she knows I'm being serious.

" so where's Izaya?" She asks looking around.

" he's at mine, he's in bad shape so I have to do a check up, he'll be back by tomorrow." I say.

" he doesn't seem well to be honest, hasn't been since last month" she says.
I hope she phones me next time before this happens again. What happened to make him like this again though?

" anyway I've got to go" I say as I walk to the door

" clean the bathroom!" I shout as I wave and walk out.
Now I have to do a check up, I know he hates these.

I hope that Shizuo will stay with him for the next few weeks until Izaya get back to his normal self.

He seems concerned but I can't be sure. Hopefully he can replace Nanami for the next few weeks.

he can make sure Izaya eats properly and takes his tablets, he can make sure he gets enough sleep.

I might need to prescribe him other things now but I will only know that after the checkup. I hope he'll be okay.
