Breathe Liza.. Breathe
Liza started pacing around her room back and forth. Long story short she had just moved to California from Houston Texas. She left her friends behind, her dance behind, her dad behind... Everything behind. Part of her was jumping off the wall excited, but the other part of her wanted to crawl down into a really deep pit of depression and Shane Dawson youtube videos, because who doesn't do that sometimes. She sat down in front of her desk and stared in the mirror.
"Today is going to be great. You are going to be yourself, and if people don't like you for that, WHO CARES BECAUSE I'M LIZA FLIPPING KOSHY UP TOP!" Liza said high-fiving herself so hard she fell to the floor.
"I am okay." Liza told herself as she awkwardly got up and looked for some clothes. She picked out a cute pair of light blue jean shorts and a crop-sweatshirt that said youtube on it. She loved youtube, and hoped one day, maybe she would make videos too. But that seemed like a far-away fairy tale, so she lived her dreams by fangirling other youtubers. She painted on her face and put her hair into a cute mini bun and was ready to take on the day. She ran downstairs, grabbed the keys to her green beetle car, and made her way to school.
Liza parked her car right next to a white Mercedes, and inside was a girl with purple hair loudly talking on the phone.
"DAVID SHUT UP FOR FIVE SECONDS. I AM AT SCHOOL. Are you and the gang out there? Great. I will be there in five fu*ing seconds David, God." The girl said obviously annoyed. But she seemed fun, and Liza loved fun. So she hopped out of her car and ran up to the girl as soon as she opened her door.
"I'm Liza, I am new here." Liza said smiling holding her hand out for the girl to shake.
"Gabbie.." She said smiling as she suspiciously shook her hand.
"I don't have many friends that are girls, so are you okay with being best friends right now?" Gabbie laughed jokingly, but highkey wanted the new girl to say yes back because she seemed cool as f*k.
"I thought we already were" Liza said smirking and laughing.
Maybe this year wasn't going to be so bad... Liza thought smiling.
"Do you mind if I introduce you to my friends? They will LOVE you." Gabbie said as she grabbed her backpack out of her trunk.
"That would be great actually! Thanks for being so nice to me Gabbie." Liza said smiling.
"What are best friends for." Gabbie laughed as she grabbed Liza's hand and ran with her go introduce her to her friends.
