"You're going down!" Gabbie screamed as she moved the wii remote around while dancing.
"GIRL this is my calling!" Liza said dancing and hitting everyone of the points.
Everyone was laughing while Liza and Gabbie were screaming and playfully pushing each down other to throw each other off.
"Ha! I won." Liza said confidently while flipping her hair.
"She cheated. I call objection. Call of... faulty play?" Gabbie said confused.
"Someone didn't pay attention in 11th grade government." Alex said laughing.
"Okay listen I-" Gabbie said while everyone laughed but the door came slamming open.
"David?" Liza asked staring at him in shock.
He was soaking wet, his hair was all over the place, and bags under his eyes. Not to mention it had been almost five hours since the party had started.
"What the f*ck David, were you with Dom smoking weed?" Scotty asked laughing with everyone, but David didn't laugh or even move. He looked up at Liza and Liza held her breath.
He looked lifeless, heartless, and cold. Like her dad did. He was drunk, and at first, she was the only one who knew.
"I'll be right back guys!" Liza said fake laughing as she pushed them into the kitchen. They all laughed awkwardly but quickly forget and just ate the leftover pizza.
Liza slowly guided David who was mumbling and laughing up the stairs and in her bedroom before locking the door.
"God..." Liza said hopelessly while looking at David who was rolling his eyes.
"Shut up..." David said laughing as he took one step and fell on her bed.
Liza panicked and quickly took off his black jacket. She thought he might be cold, so she hung up his jacket on her chair.
She stared at him. Even though he wasn't technically there, he was so attractive.
"Do you like what you see... Ha!" David mumbled laughing.
"So you're flirty even when you're drunk..." Liza said laughing getting up off the bed.
"No no no no. I'm taken. I like this girl she's suppperr pretty her name is Eliza. Don't tell her though," David said hiccuping.
Liza blushed as she tried moving him so he was more in the middle of the bed.
"You're drunk..." Liza said smiling as she put the covers over him, but he immediately threw up. All over covers. Luckily nothing touched the actually bed or his shirt.
Liza groaned as she ran her fingers through her hair.
"I'm sorry.... My parents f*cking suck they're always on my f*cking back! I just want to be able to be myself and not have d*uchebags like Zane tell me I'm not sh*t and have me drink so I don't punch him." David mumbled groaning.
Liza stared at David who was obviously drained and frowned.
She was so completely in love with this boy and she didn't know why. But she knew that whenever he was in pain, she was too. Her heart felt his current pain.
Liza slowly put her hands on David's face and looked at him.
"I'm here now, and I always will be. Don't worry about them." She said softly as she took off the covers. She then stared at David who was still soaking wet from being out in the rain. She carefully peeled off his shirt and put it on the floor with the rest of the covers. She sat for a minute and stared. He looked so peaceful and carefree. She blushed as she sat next to him and put her hand on his chest.
"Why-" David mumbled but Liza just sat there.
"I'm here now." Liza said softly as she leaned on his chest.
"Liza has been up there for like 25 minutes." Gabbie said while stuffing a whole bunch of chips in her mouth.
"With David..." Kristen said smirking while Gabbie laughed.
Liza came running down the stairs with a different shirt and all of the covers.
"Ooh did someone have a fun twenty minutes." Scotty said laughing.
"Not at all..." Liza said throwing it all into the washing machine and sliding down.
"That smells like vomit..." Alex said walking towards the clothes and looking at Liza, who was leaning her head against the wall.
Gabbie and Kristen exchanged looks before sitting down next to her.
"He's okay...." Gabbie said softly.
"I know he's okay... I've gotten him medicine, a new shirt, wiped him down when he threw up a second time, laid with him, I gave him clean socks. He's perfectly fine! I'm just worn out a little bit but I'm fine now!" Liza said with fake happy voice.
"Are you sure... because it looks like you're just worn out." Kristen said hugging Liza.
"I'm not! I swear! But could you tell David's parents he's with you..." Liza said looking at David.
"I mean I kinda want him to lea-" Alex started but Scotty hit him in his side.
"Sure..." Alex said rolling his eyes.
"We should do game night every weekend!" Liza said happily, which helped brighten up the mood.
"Definitely. Everytime we can have a theme, this of course was Just Dance. Next will be..." Kristen started.
"Mario Cart!" Alex and Scotty said at the same time.
"Hey, same time same place." Liza said getting up smiling.
"Yup." Alex said smiling.
"Hang out tomorrow at the mall?" Liza asked as everyone walked out.
"I want everyone there at 4! We're going to see a movie." Gabbie said confidently.
"Ugh..." Scotty groaned .
"Is there a problem?" Gabbie asked while Alex's eyes widened.
"I do actually." Scotty said laughing while Kristen facepalmed herself.
Gabbie pulled up her sleeves and screamed as she hurled herself towards him but Alex grabbed her waist and put her over his shoulder.
"Thanks for having us." Alex said while Gabbie screamed.
Liza closed the door and laughed.
What an amazing night..
Liza quickly ran upstairs to find David peacefully sleeping in her bed. She smiled as she walked over to him and put her hand on the side of his face.
"You okay?" She said softly.
"You're super hot. I don't think I've ever told you." David said mumbling and laughing to himself.
Liza instantly turned a shade of red before moving a strand of hair out of her face.
"Oh look at that your face is so red!" David said hiccuping.
"Okay. Time to call it a night!" Liza said rolling her eyes smiling while blushing. Liza started walking towards the door.
"Stay. I like it when you're close to me." David said patting the bed next to him.
Liza blushed before turning off the light and laying in the bed next to David. She stayed stiff and practically felt like her heart was beating out of her chest.
David rolled over and wrapped his arms around Liza.
"You're perfect for me." David said kissing Liza on the forehead while hiccuping.
Liza blushed and tried not to smile. She felt her body slowly go back to normal, and start to become less stiff.
"Sober David is going to hate you for this." Liza said laughing as she rested her head on David's shoulder and blushed.
"No... Sober David is going to love me for this." David hiccuped while smiling.
