"Move out of my f**king way you oversized gecko!" Liza screamed as she intensely pressed buttons on the controller.
David smiled and laughed.
"Did you seriously just call Yoshi an oversized gecko?"
"Uh, did I stutter?" Liza said having full focus into the game.
"Yoshi is a dinosaur you uneducated swine," David said laughing as he quickly took the lead.
"No... No!" Liza screamed while rolling her eyes.
David smiled at Liza and laughed cheerfully.
She was sitting in her chair and pouting and David thought it was the cutest thing. The way her lips puffed out, and her eyebrows furrowed was just adorable to him.
"F**ck you," Liza said rolling her eyes as she walked to the kitchen.
"Aw, I love you too," David said smiling from the couch.
Liza smiled and blushed to herself as she closed the fridge empty-handed.
"Okay, so I'm going to go get dressed. After that, I am going to drop you off at your house. And you're going to get ready, I'm going to pick you back you back up, and we both will be at the mall by 4." Liza said smiling as she walked up the stairs.
"Do I even get a say in this?" David said laughing as he watched Liza.
"Nope!" Liza said laughing as she closed her door.
David smiled and looked around the house. Getting bored, he decided to check his messages, and respond to each one.

David felt like his heart stopped when he read Melanie's. He felt guilty looking at it, and responding to it was a whole different story. He told himself he'd respond to her later and responded to everyone else.

David smiled at his well thought out responses and turned off his phone. Liza had been upstairs for five minutes, so David impatiently walked up the stairs and knocked on her door.
"Come in!" Liza said shouting from the bedroom.
She was wearing a blue striped shirt with a pair of shorts while straightening her hair. She was completely focused though, so she didn't immediately look over at David.
"Wow..." David said smiling while leaning on the door.
"What?" Liza said turning around.
"Oh, nothing..." David said instantly blushing and walking in her room.
"Why straightening?" David asked walking around and looking at pictures.
"I don't know... I feel like the curls can be overdone. I used to beg my mom to chemically straighten it, you know like a relaxer, but she wouldn't let me. But I guess that's okay now though." Liza rambled while she straightened another strand.
"Well I think your curly hair is really pretty," David said quietly blushing to himself as he walked away.
"Thanks..." Liza said smiling while looking at David.
Don't mess this up... Literally, all you have to say is you're welcome and smile back.
David thought to himself while blushing.
"Ha! Yeah!" David said awkwardly.
"Okay..." Liza said awkwardly as she turned around.
David kind of just sat there for a minute and thought about how embarrassing that was, and then Liza jumped in front of him.
"Hey! Pookie! I have been saying your name for like a whole minute. What's going on up there?" Liza said laughing as she stood on her toes to mess up his hair.
David laughed while looking down at Liza.
Liza looked up and smiled.
"You enjoy feeling tall?" Liza said laughing.
"Actually yes," David said while putting his arm on Liza's head.
"Haha," Liza said rolling her eyes.
They both stared at each other and smiled for a good ten seconds before David said something.
"Let's go..." David said blushing as he put his hand down for Liza to hold.
Liza smiled and interlocked her fingers with his.
"Let's go..." she responded with a huge smile
They felt so comfortable and happy just by holding hands. It was constant warmth and butterflies. They both quickly got in the car and grabbed each other's hands again.
Liza started driving and it was a comfortable silence. She liked that.
David watched Liza. He loved everything about her. Since he had never seen this new hairstyle today, he watched the way it flowed and moved the whole ride home.
She smiled as she stopped in front of his house.
"Okay..." She said smiling as she looked over at David.
"Yeah..." David said smiling looking at their hands.
"I'll see you at four..." Liza said moving her hand and putting it on her lap.
"Okay... bye...." David said smiling as he walked out of the car staring.
Liza smiled as she leaned up against the back of her seat.
David walked inside and smiled.
"I'm home!" He said happily as he walked in the kitchen.
"Hi, honey... You seem happy..." His mom said slowly while staring at his dad.
"We've been over this. He's obviously seen Liza today." Ester said smiling while getting water.
"Oh yeah..." David's dad said smiling.
"My friends are going to the mall... Liza is going too. Can I go?" David said making a puppy dog face.
"Yeah sure." David's dad walking out of the kitchen.
David ran up the stairs messing up Toby's hair while going up and laughing.
"Do you know how easy raising him would've been if we had a Liza?" His mom asked rolling her eyes.
"Isn't that the truth." His father responded.
Liza drove back to her house smiling like an idiot.
Who knew that something so bad, could turn into something so perfect. Her mom leaving wasn't as bad as she thought. She got home and sat on her couch. Smiling still, she decided to call a friend and just talk while she was in such a good mood.
Scrolling through her contacts, she decided to call Dan, and for the next two hours, Liza gushed and spilled everything that had happened.
"If he would've thrown up on my bed, I would've f*cking kicked him out... You're a real one." Dan said laughing at the end of the other line.
"Yeah, it was gross....." Liza said slowly.
"Why didn't you kick him out again? He's kinda a d*uche bag." Dan said laughing.
"Emphasis on kinda. And I think he's changing! Maybe he likes me.... maybe he could change for me?" Liza said awkwardly.
"This sounds like a sad fanfiction," Dan said chuckling.
"I'd definitely read that fanfic... speaking of it's 3:46 now, so I'm going to pick up David.. Bye!" Liza said laughing.

A/N: aHa see what I did there. Sad fanfic. Aha. Anyways, I hate this chapter more than I do the last! But this whole chapter deleted and I re-wrote in a span of three days! I hope you guys are proud of me for TWO CHAPTERS this week! Ah, yay! Plus the next time I will upload, I will be in Hawaii! That is 2/23. I will be having a long plane ride (like 13 hours in all), so If I'm lucky I can finish lots of chapters!
