Saturday Night, 10:46:

"Can I have a guy like Dr. Spencer Reid?" Rey mutters to herself as she stares at her laptop screen now broadcasting her favorite show Criminal Minds when her phone dings.

Rey reaches for her phone to see an unknown number.

'Hey.'

Confused and utterly disappointed, Rey typed her reply. "I think you have the wrong number."

She threw down her phone next to her and continued to watch her show 'till she received yet another anonymous text message.

'This is Rey, right? It's Finn.'

Rey chuckled to herself and typed away on her little screen. "Oh sorry, I didn't know it was you." Send.

'Sorry I should've told you it was me.'

Rey stared at the blank screen waiting for a second text to follow up with the first message but nothing was there.

'Did you need something?'

'Oh! My party is tomorrow, you coming???'

Rey tossed her head back and groaned. She dreaded parties and especially ones with people she didn't know, but she didn't have anything planned for tomorrow. Maybe some laundry. It would be nice to go out on the town and have a good night out.

'I don't know. I have things I need to do tomorrow.'  Rey lied.

'Awe come on can't you just skip one day of being perfect and come out for a little bit.'

Rey hesitated, 'I still don't know.'

'What about this, you come to the party, let me introduce you to my friends and then you could be on your way.'

Rey let out another staggered breath, 'Okay fine I'll come.'

'Great! Dress casual but like you're trying to get a date okay?'

Rey chuckled slightly, 'I guess I'll have to go out and buy a new outfit then?'

'Totally. I would come with you but I have some stuff I need to deal with.'

'Okay, I guess I'll see you tomorrow.'

'See you tomorrow princess.'

Rey blushed, did Finn like her? Or was she just imagining it?

As Rey got off the couch and made her way into her bedroom, she dug through her closet for a clean shirt. She slipped the dirty one off and the clean one on, put on some shoes, got her keys and made her way outside.

Rey hopped in her car and drove onto the highway downtown.

"Hi!" The salesgirl shouts at Rey, startling her.

"Sorry I didn't mean to startle you I just wanted to say hi!"

Rey nodded and glanced at the silver nameplate pinned on the girl's shirt. 'Kristi'

"H-Hello." Rey forced a smile.

"Can I help you find anything this fine day?" The girl asks tilting her head and folding her hands. She sounded like she was fake. Like there wasn't a human soul behind the glaze of her eyes.

"N-No just l-looking." Rey stuttered. The way she looked into Rey's eyes made her anxiety levels go through the roof.

"Okay well if you need anything just holler!" Kristi's voice boomed throughout the store. If Rey wasn't the only one in the shop, she would've left by now.
