Chapter 13

"Get off of me!" Rey shouted pushing him away, regretting ever meeting him in the first place. "I-I'm a pain in the ass, look at you! God, I hate you!" She lied.

Ren smirked, knowing that what they had just did was a noticeably amazing moment for her. "I hate you too."

Rey rolled her eyes and strutted out of the locker room, pushing open the door and walking straight to Poe.

"Rey, what happened? What did he say?!" Poe asked, keeping his voice down hoping he wouldn't get in her in trouble again. He nagged her, making her spill the contents that she had held back from him from the start of the conversation.

"He just told me not to try any of that shit again of I'll be booted out of the class. N-Nothing really." Rey stammered. Poe raised his eyebrows, "We heard a lot of shouting you sure nothing happened?"

Rey glanced at him, "I was angry."

"Okay..." Poe responded, suspicion starting to rise in the pit of his stomach.

Rey held her elbows in her arms, looking over her shoulder to Kylo walking out of the girls locker room wiping the smirk off his face and replacing it with a plastered stare.

He locked eyes with her, his smirk returning. She rolled her eyes and turned back to Poe and Biggs. Bren glared at Rey, "You sure that y'all just yelled at each other?"

Rey chuckled, "Are you still talking?" Poe held back his laughing. "Yeah, Bren, shut up." Briggs egged on.

Bren scoffed. Rey waited, for anything, a shout, a whistle, a command anything to prove that she was going to be punished for the way she had acted.

"What time does this class end?" Rey asked Poe. He looked at his wristwatch, "About 7."

Rey's jaw dropped to her knees, "That's seven hours from now."

"We get breaks.." Poe forced an uncomfortable smile. Rey was still in shock, seven more hours in this hell hole of a class, "W-What about my other classes? Criminal Science?"

"Oh we have night classes." Poe responded.

Rey blinked intensely, trying to figure how the hell she fell into this rabbit hole of a nightmare. "So you're telling me that I have to wake up at six in the morning everyday, go to a training and combat class for literally seven hours and then go to classes at night?"

"W-Well you'll have days off, like study days." Poe held his awkward looking smile.  Rey cringed, "Goddammit I'm going to have to leave this place. I can't do that to Leia but I have to do it to save my mental health."

Poe dropped his smile, "Hey, hey, hey don't say that. If this place really means something to you, you would stick it out until the day you say it's too easy."

Rey let out an aggravated, irritated, long sigh. She tucked her stray hairs behind her ears and nodded, "Okay."

Poe wrapped his arm around her comfortingly, "I'm not just some semi-permanent room mate, I'm YOUR room mate and I'm always here to talk."

Rey faked a smile, "I know,"

"What were you doing the in the girls locker room?" Hux asked. Ren raked a hand through his hair, "We had a little bit of an argument but I gave her a reality check."

"Okay... what's the schedule for the rest of the day. We still have about six and a half hours left." Hux glanced down at his wrist then back to Ren.

Phasma scoffed, "It's only been two hours? Jesus this day is going slower than I thought."

"Well, get used to it Phasma. These brats are our entire lives until seven thirty." Hux replied, glancing at the grouping of kids on the other side of the gym.
