Ren marched to his office, pushing open the door and slamming it closed. He walked over to his desk, stabilizing himself with his hands. He flipped open his laptop, his cursor blinking madly in the search bar.
"Shit." Ren mumbled, stumbling toward his bookshelf. He searched the shelf, his index finger finally skimming the spine he had been looking for. Ren slipped the book out of its place on the shelf and threw it down on his desk with a satisfying thud.
'FA Academic Student Handbook'
Ren propped himself in his chair and cracked open the book flipping towards the end of the 3,000 page book.
'Reese, Regan, Regina... Rey'
Kylo focused in on the word, letting his eyes absorb the black letters sitting upon the white page.

Ren glanced up from the page to his laptop keyboard and typed in her name, hitting enter.
"Images for 'Rey',"
Ren scrolled down the page, mainly coming across stupid representations of sun rays and Lana Del Rey, until her face showed once again.
Acting upon instinct, he clicked on the photo.
She was in a graduation gown, holding her diploma. Four red and gold cords hung from her neck as she smiled like it was her last.
Without knowing, Ren's lips turned up into a smile.
'1998rey Twitter and Instagram.'
Ren was brought to her social media, his eyes studied the page carefully.

Her profile picture was untraditional, not a picture of her smiling but a picture of a white granite statue. Her profile was filled with aesthetically pleasing pictures of landscapes, cityscapes and her.
He clicked on the most recent photo, a picture of her standing against a beige colored wall. The photo cut off at her upper lip, leaving the rest of her body exposed. She wore a red cardigan that feathered down to her knees along with a red striped sweater and ripped blue jeans.
