Rey scoffed, "Excuse me?"

"What?" Ren posed. "You just said that I would look good in lingerie!" Rey whispered harshly. Ren glimpsed behind him, walking towards Rey. His chest broad, Ren stared down at the girl watching as her eyes bobbed from his lips to his eyes and back down to his lips.

"I meant what I said," Ren proclaimed, "I mean, I'm not going to act like I don't imagine you in lingerie but I meant what I said."

Rey was thrown into a shock induced state. He was her mentor and instructor making remarks about his student dressed in skimpy outfits.

But nothing inside Rey said it was wrong, she felt a sensation in her stomach. A sense she hasn't felt since high school maybe even junior high. Like someone yearned after Rey, that he wanted her. The feeling made her lungs expand, her pupils dilate, swelling with infatuation.

"Do I-I really need the knee pads?" Rey slipped. Ren glanced to her and the knee pads sitting next to the wall. "Uh yeah."

Rey rolled her eyes, "Why?" Ren shifted his weight onto his right leg, "If I don't make you put on the knee pads then I have to let everyone in this room off the hook with knee pads and if administration sees that everyone doesn- actually you know what nevermind just leave them off."

Rey nodded, her suspicion levels rising.

"Common," Ren mumbled, walking to small section on the mats. Rey followed close behind, surprised that the protective gear wasn't limiting her movement but also scared.

"Are you sure this thing protects me, you know like prevents me from dying?" Rey asked, running her hand over the woven fabric. Ren looked at the corset like protective pad and back to Rey, "The woven material doesn't stretch so when even I kick or punch the woven pattern absorbs the kinetic energy so you won't feel anything."

Rey nodded, sighing as she took her position in front of Ren. "Just stand there and look pretty." Ren smiled, bouncing on the balls of his feet. Rey rolled her eyes, "I'm supposed to look pretty while you kick me in the stomach?"

"You won't feel anything! Look- do you want me to do a practice kick?" Ren asked. Rey nodded as she gripped the shoulder straps of the gear. Ren bounced on his toes three times before bringing his leg to her side and lightly kicking.

"Did you feel anything?" Ren asked. "No- but that wasn't you trying your hardest!" Rey accused. Ren stopped on his heel, throwing his head back in frustration, "On god that was my hardest."

Rey cocked an eyebrow. "Can we continue now?" Ren asked. Nodding, Rey placed her hands under the straps of the protection and taking her stance.

Sucking in a breath, Ren centered his attention to her side, focusing his energy into his leg. Bouncing on his heel three times, Ren finally contorted his muscles, swinging his leg and colliding with her side and then the middle of her chest.

Sending her to the floor, Rey struggled to catch the breath that had just been knocked out of her. "Fuck!" She groaned, clutching her side. "Yeah I totally didn't feel a thing."

Ren glided to her, "Shit you're lighter than I thought you were." Rey furrowed her brows, looking up to him, "How much did you think I weighed, fucking three hundred pounds?"

Ren smirked as he helped her to her feet. "Just stand still and hopefully you won't go through a window."

Rey rolled her eyes, readjusting her feet, her shoes bouncing in the squishy material below.
Ren focused his energy into his legs taking in a breath and swinging his leg into Rey's side.

"Good, you're not face first on the mat." Ren grimaced as Rey stood in front of him. "This is all about trust and balance. If you trust me enough to kick you in the hip then you will be okay. If your balance is stable you will be okay."
