Amaris POV: I woke up from a text from Shawn. My heart skipped a beat when I saw that it was from Shawn!

"Hi Amaris:) just wanted to see what u were gonna do today?(:

I couldn't stop smiling at the text I just kept reading and reading it again.!

"Hi shawn(: I don't know yet:)"
I pressed sent after readin it a couple if times. How is Shawn gonna ask my mom? Thoughts raced in my mind! "Bzzz buzz" my phone vibrated. "1 message from Shawn"

"Oh ok well i was wondering if we could do something together today!(:"

I replied not knowing what to say because I really wanted to go somewhere with him today.

"That will be great but Remeber my mom?:/ I don't think she'll let me until she meets u.:("

I sent it and waited for him to text back to see what he was gonna say.

"1 message from Shawn" I opened it as fast as I can!

"Oh yes I forgot umm well to tell u the truth I'm actually scared but anything for me to be with u /.\"

Awe I said in m head, he is so sweet but i felt bad that he has to go through this just for me so i decided to tell my mom myself.
I replied...
"Aw thank u shawn but u don't have to ill ask my mom myself but thnaks(:"

"Amaris are u sure! Ill ask her its alright(: I just really want her to say yes and for her approval :D"

I replied "it's alright Shawn Ill ask her this time but thank u !(:"

I got up my bed an headed down stairs. My stomach felt weird I guess because I was so scared to ask my mom but it is worth it! "Hey mom good morning" I said "hi Amaris how dd u sleep" my mom asked me "pretty good" "that's good" my mom said "hey mom can I ask u something?" "Yea Mija what is it?"my mom asked. OMG here it goes I said in my head..."
"You know how I went to magcon with heather the other day?"
"Yeah?"
"We'll ummm u know that guy Shawn mendes the one that sings?"
Well umm I met him and he met me and I think he likes me annnndd umm he wants to go somewhere with me today. Like just to hang out u know:)" I asked my mom all nervouse
"Mija well since I'm gonna be out today yes u could go but just don't tell dad okay??" "Wait what ur actually gonna let me go?!?!:0" I asked really surprised! "this is the last time I'm gonna let you go!" My mom said. "OMG thank u thank u!!!" I hugged my mom as tight as I could I was soo surprised but really happy that she let me go!
