Chapter 16

"Moss?"

The male's blue eyes looked over Moss as she stood staring at him. She backed up slightly and shook her head.

"Eden, I thought you were in Possibility." Eden walked over to Moss and smiled.

"I was just heading back to the sand kingdom. My father was badly injured in a battle and died. Not that I care, but the queen is allowing my mother a I back. I just wanted to se you." Moss looked over Eden and laid a talon on his neck. A small scar, Moss noted, but she couldn't help but wandered what happened.

"What happened to you?" She ask sitting down.

"I got into a fight with a MudWing. It was a little over a year ago. But I want to know what you were up too." Eden laid his wing around her.

"Oh, nothing much. I've mostly spent my time watching my siblings." She rolled her eyes thinking of the twins.

"Siblings?" Eden smiled.

"A week after I got back the two eggs hatched so now I have two twin dragonets who are a pain in the tail." She chuckled.

"In just glad that your getting along here." He smiled.

"What's wrong?" Moss looked up at him.

"So you know how I said that I'm allowed back in the Sand Kingdom?" Moss nodded. "Well, I'm going back to see my son,"

"Your what?" Moss stood up and walked out from under his wing.

"The queen wanted to see if my powers where a trait that a dragonet could get, but luckily it doesn't pass down so now there's a perfectly regular SandWing dragonet." He lifted his talons. "Surprise?"

"So you have a son, and your going to be living in the castle most likely and I'll never see you again?"

"Moss, that's not what I'm saying, what I'm saying is that now that I know my 'powers' won't be pasted on to my dragonets, I wanted to ask if you could come and be with me. Be my princess once more." Moss looked into his light blue eyes. But hidden away she could see the fire the burned and melted her heart every time she looked at him. But she drew back the thought.

"I can't, they'll just send someone after us again and my parents promised to kill anyone who tried to 'take me away' again. Eden, I don't want you to get hurt." Moss looked at the ground.

"Then only for tonight, let me spend one night with you, then I'll leave." Eden promised and walked over laying down.

Moss sighed and nodded laying beside him. She pressed against his side and load her head in the curve of hims neck.

*Stormy' POV*

The blue-grey male looked at his older sister and the strange male. He felt a growl in his throat and turned before flying back to Mist. He had left her in their room before leaving to apologize to Moss. He landed with a thud and ran into the hallways that led to her room.

"Mist?" He asks looking around. He spotted her curled up near the window. Get up you lazy toad. He thought.

Mist yawned and looked up at him with a frown. "What?"

"I think you know," he answered replying the scene in his mind. Mist looked at him wide eyed and covered her mouth with her talon.

"No- Mother said that Moss hasn't seen him in three years and will happily stay in the kingdom." Mist shook her head.

"She never said that," Stormy chuckled.

"Well she thought it, and if I remembered correctly she was thinking about Moss and the Sandwing one night while talking to dad. He too was think the same thing. Maybe they were a thing before we were born." She shrugged. "Plus she agreed to one night."

"Mist, this could lead to a disaster! What if Moss still likes him! What if Moss will run away with him again, or-or-"

"Stop that you blubbering baboon, she would never do something like that ever again. In fact she's also thinking about what would happen if she did and it only leads to trauma, she's not as stupid as I thought."

"So I guess we wait?" Stormbringer sat down and tucked his wings.

"Yes, now we wait."
