* Stormbringer's POV *
The male looked over at his twin sister before looking back at his parents. Deathbringer was pacing back and forth as Glory tried to keep her scales from going red.
"I promised I would look for him myself." Deathbringer growled.
"Mist, what was he thinking before you left them?" Glory looked Mist and stood up walking over to her youngest dragonets.
Stormy looked at his sister and back at his mother before backing up slightly.
"All I remember was his mind going blank when Stormy challenged him. After Moss pushed him out of the way they ran off." Mist's sales began to change to hide her. It tracked up her tail before she completely 'disappeared'.
"Stormbringer," not my full name. "Find Ghost and bringer her to me."
Glory turned to dismiss him. Stormy ducked his head and turned running into his room. He looked around and heard a soft shuffling in the hammock.
"Mist?" Stormy walked over and looked around. He sighed not getting and answer. He sat down and laid his head on his talon. In front of him Mist began to materialize. She smiled at Stormbringer and shook out her wings.
"Dad wants to kill Eden." She smiled.
"I figured but from what I can tell Moss won't be letting him close to her 'lover'. Besides your most likely to be the next queen anyways." Mist shifted and flicked her tail. Stormbringer stood up and followed her out.
"I don't want to be queen. Hearing the RainWing's whine about life is boring." She says sarcastically jumping up onto a branch. He follows and sits beside her. "Besides, Moss who'll probably end up with eggs and he runs off so she'll become a queen with tribrids and we'll be stuck babysitting, for revenge, most likely."
"I can really see a mix of mom and dad in you." Stormy smiled and pushed her over as he stood up.
* Moss' POV *
Moss sat in front of the hut watching as the sun slowly dipped down. She had tried so carefully to keep her life together but now she'll never be looked at the same by her fellow RainWings. Or ever be able to speak with her parents again.
They could probably care less now that they have the two brats. Ever since I came back five years ago those two rule their lives. Moss thought to herself. She couldn't help but allow her scales to became a deep angry red. Her green eyes narrowed before she took a breath and rested her head in her talons.
"You look lonely." Cobra's rugged voice came from beside her. Moss looked up at the old SandWing shrugging.
"Not really I'm just thinking."
"I might not know you very well but from what I can tell you pity yourself to the point your fighting your conscience. You don't need to worry about Eden and what your father will do to him. Stay in the present not the past of future." Cobra looked down at Moss.
"Thanks you, I really need that Cobra." Moss smiled and numbed her head against Cobra's shoulder. She smiled did the same to Moss.
"Your strange, and I would be lucky to you my daughter in law." She chuckled. Moss smiled and stood up walking into the hut. Eden was looking down at a scroll when she walked in. The hybrid sat beside him and looked down at his scroll.
"Whatcha looking at?" Eden jumped at the sound of her voice and quickly rolled the scroll back up. Placing it into a small leather bag beside him. Moss scowled and rested her head on her talon. "Are you hiding something?"
"No, I would never-"
"Save it. If you weren't hiding something then you wouldn't have reacted the way you did." Moss stood up and began to out. Eden stood as well and touched his wing to hers.
"I don't want you worried anymore, if that means hiding something's then I'll do that." Moss nodded and shifted away from him.
"I'm not worried about you, I'm worried about what might happen to you." She curled her tail and shook her head. "What where you looking at?"
Eden opened his mouth and shifted uncomfortably before grabbing the scroll and opening it. Moss looked over to scroll.
"A guide to animus', hybrids, and tribrids. Why would you be hiding this from me?" Moss traced a scale on his neck with her talon.
"My mother has been telling me about my grandfather, turns out I have a bit of SeaWing in me." He chuckled.
"That explains your mother's powers then." Moss smiled, she touched her wing to his. "And why the queen would let her enchant your egg."
