Glorybringer

Chapter 4

Moss was dragged back to the sandwing castle. Two guards carried her into the castle. Her eyes were wide as they entered the throne room. Queen Thorn looked down at them from her throne.

"What is this?" She questions. Her barbed tail curls and uncurled, she didn't look to be happy.

"We found her near the Rainwing tunnel. She was collecting sand. I think she had a partner-"

"Then why do I only see one Rainwing?" She shouted in question. The guard shrunk back.

"We didn't see 'em but I felt like there was one." She glared at him.

"Chain her up, if you see Queen Glory you are to take her to me immediately." He nodded and took Moss. She shrunk back a bit before she growled and took her to a tower. Walking up stairs she came to a doorway. A female guard opened the door and they came to a wall with chains.

The male from earlier pushed her down as the other three chained her down. Once she was chained they walked away. She looked around. In front of her, a large window opened the sky and Royal garden. She growled and looked at the ground. It was dark and surprisingly cold.

Eden ran through the tunnel. His thoughts swirled his mind as he came to the forest. He left the bags in the tunnel hidden away. Once he made it out, he took off. His wings beating frantically. He landed with a thud in his room. Running out of the doorway he came to the throne room.

"Queen Glory!" He called out. Once he got there Glory and Deathbringer were speaking in hushed tones. Some guards stood near them. Once he called out their head shot up.

"What is it?" Glory asks walking away from them. She was kind to him, but probably because of her daughter Moss. "Where's Moss?" He looked at the ground. Deathbringer shot forward and had Eden pinned in seconds. He didn't struggle in the Nightwing' talons.

"Where is she?" He growled.

"Sandwings got her, we were getting sand and they attacked us. She sent me away." He said. Deathbringer lightened his grip. Glory's eyes widened.

"Did they kill her?" He shook his head.

"Probably took her prisoner." Glory nodded and sat down. Deathbringer got off of Eden and walked over to Glory. He wrapped his wings around her. "But I know where she is."

"Take us to her." He nodded.

"Soon." With that, they made a plan. Eden walked back to his room and laid down on his bed. Looking out the window seeing two moons shining brightly. "You hurt her Thorn, you'll be sorry you messed with the cursed one."
