Two days have pasted since Moss left to be with Eden once more. She stayed close to him afraid of what might happen if her father sent anyone.
"Me and my mother are heading to possibility tonight." Eden says walking out of the hut. Moss looked over at him from where she was sunning her scales.
"I'll get my stuff, how long are we planning on staying there?" She asks standing up.
"Hopefully a few days if we don't get spotted." Moss nodded and walk over touching her wing to Eden's twining their tails together.
She laid her head on his neck before moving away and walked into the hut. Cobra sat on the floor curling and uncurling her barb.
As soon as Moss approached her she opened her eyes and stood up. Nodding to Moss she walk out with a scroll in her talons.
Moss shrugged and walked to the small hammock where she had laid out everything she brought with her. She picked up the small bag she laid around her neck and locked her jaw thinking of her parents.
They were so kind to me, and I left them in the dust. What kind of princess, daughter, am I? I can't be the one they wanted, surely. Moss shook her head in an attempt to clear her thoughts. She stood up and walked out looking over at Eden and Cobra.
Eden smiled. "It's almost time to go, you sure you got your rest Moss?"
"Just because I'm a RainWing doesn't mean I'm always tired." She nudged him and moved closer. "Did you get your rest?"
He chuckled and bent over pulling her under his wing. He breath tickling he ear. "Of course I did,"
Cobra cleared her throat looking at the two. "The sun is setting, its time."
Eden nodded and picked up his satchel before jumping into the air. Moss fell over from the force of his wings before joining him. Cobra jumped last and lead the them to the city. Both Cobra and Eden flew slower so Moss wouldn't fall to far behind.
*Time Skip*
Moss growled as the neared the city border, her wings ached from the long flight. The moons where just sinking in the sky the sun moment from lighting up the area. She landed and nearly collapsed, Eden catching her swiftly and looking at her with concern clear in his eyes.
"Are you okay?" He asks looking over her. Moss was about to answer as he set her onto his back and they walked through the quite town.
"Just a bit tired," she took a breath. Cobra looked over.
"Eden you go head and get the food, I take care of Moss." Eden nodded and opened his sandy wings. He set Moss down and helped her stand before walking off.
Moss followed Cobra into a stone hut. She ducked in and looked around setting down her satchel next to one of the beds.
"He needs to know sooner or later." The SandWing says sitting down. Moss shakes her head.
"He'll know eventually but right now isn't a good time." She replied laying down.
"He's smart,"
"I know that..." she mumbled back.
Moments later Eden walked in with fruit and some cow meat. He set it down and walked over to Moss laying his talon on his wing before laying down in front of her. Moss smiled and closed her eyes letting sleep consume her.
