Eden watched as Moss shifted through colors on her scales. Every time she made a new color she looked at him with a wide smile. Cobra sat near the cave she had allowed the two to invade.

"She's very lively." Cobra commented. Eden nodded.

"She is part Rainwing." He replied not taking his eyes off the female. He heard his mother shift as he answered.

"Only part?" Cobra smiled and stood.

"You act like it's natural to look the way she does." Eden looked at the large Sandwing.

"That wasn't the answer I was looking for." Her eyes shifted to a blue like Eden's.

"Nightwing. She's a hybrid, naturally born, that is." Eden looked away and Moss was now a deep red and she quickly shifted back to the black with multicolored specks.

"I see, so you too, love the creatures that are new to the world." Eden rolled his eyes.

"No, she's a dragon. That's all she'll ever be if she stays with me." Eden mused. Stays with me. He thought to himself. Moss made her way over and sat down next to Eden. He couldn't help but look at the slight scaring on her front leg from two days ago. His mother must've given Moss a healing spell.

"Hey Eden, how long do you think we have 'till my father sends someone to find us? You know he's going to be waiting another day for selected-" Eden looked at Moss and shook his head.

"Not now, we'll talk about that when it happens." Moss nodded and rested her head on his shoulder. He laid his wing around her as Cobra smiled.

What now? He thought.

I think you know. Cobra answered.

*Ghost's POV*

The white Rainwing sat on her perch. She overlooked the vast valleys and mountains. She was ready. After being hidden away for seven years she was ready to see the vast island and it's inhabitants. Spreading her wings she took flight and began to fly west.

She looked down as she sped through. If the two dragonets went anywhere I'd had to be in the sand kingdom. She stopped.

Was he welcomed there? No, no, Deathbringer said he left to find his mother. Which means she's not there. Ghosts looked around. Where would a dragon go to avoid their tribe? Possibly!

Ghost turned and began to look for the mixed town. She opened her satchel and looked at the map. Without noticed two Skywings flew over to her. The dark orange and red male looked at her with confusion clear on his face.

"You looking for something?" He asks, Ghost couldn't help but stare. Her first non-Rainwing she's ever met. Besides the Nightwings, but they forced their way into the tribe. She shook out her wings.

"Um, I was looking for Possibility. I heard it was close, but I don't get out much." She answered.

"Oh, we we're just heading that way. If you want Lightning and I could go along with you." He says back. The yellowish male looked up at the mention of his name.

"Red, we barely know her how do we know that she's not here to kill us." Lightning glared at Red with his pale green eyes. Strange.

"She's a Rainwing. A Rainwing." Red chuckled. Ghost narrowed her eyes then was about to fly off again when his gaze focused back on her. "Sorry about him he wasn't the brightest in the clutch."

"No, you don't have to go along with me I can take of myself. I just haven't left the rain forest in awhile." Ghost insisted.

"Yeah Red, she's fine."

"Hypocrite." Red mused. "I'll go along with you, just for fun, not because your might die." Red smiled took lead. Ghosts rolled her red tinted eyes once more and flew after him. Lightning in pursuit. They landed.

"Wait, I have a deadline if I don't get to the city-"

"Me and Lightning have been flying since last night. I need a rest but I promise we'll make it to the city as soon as possible." Red settled down. Lightning dragged a couple of logs in the center of the clearing and set them afire. Ghost jumped back and sat down further away.

Lightning huffed and laid down quickly falling asleep. Red opened his eyes and motioned Ghost closer.

"Sorry about him. He tends to come off as cold when you first meet him. I'm Striker but my friends call me Red. And I hope you will too." Red says sitting up. Ghost nodded.

"Well, I mean we're going to be near each other a lot so I'll call you Red. And I'm Ghost." Ghost answered.

"A simple yes would've been nice to. But I like how you talk, it seems proper almost." Ghost chuckled.

I'm a solider, I'm a solider, I'm a solider. She reminded herself.

"I'll talk with you in the morning, Ghost. But before I fall to sleep tell me, are you only an albino Rainwing or are you special, as in a hybrid." He questioned.

"I don't know." She answered almost immediately. He nodded and curled up once more. Giving her a smile he drifted off and so did Ghost.
