your mind was a galaxy.
dark, but bright,
mysterious, but intriguing
and complex,
but beautiful.
a curious astronaut like myself could never have resisted.

I'm glad I didn't.

your exterior was a masterpiece.
with breathtaking eyes
perfectly framed with the most
delicate and most flawless set of eyelashes,
a contagious smile bright enough to lighten my dark
and cheeks dotted
with the cutest of dimples.
a deep poet like myself could never have resisted.

your personality was the most alluring thing about you.
you possessed the prettiest soul I had ever come across.

the way you were quietly intelligent and openly amiable,
the way you were utterly accepting
and the way you kept your sadness to yourself was heartwreching but beautiful,
as you went on
to break down your walls
just for me.
you had a soul so perfect and a spirit so kind -
you even saw potential in mine.

you were so, extremely special
and I was more than eager
to reveal that to you.

I'm glad I did.
