Hours later after the incident

People began to enter the stadium excited to see Coldplay perform and the start of their A Head Full Of Dreams Tour, excited people of all ages jumping and chatting and waiting in their seats.

The lights begin to dim and the Xyloto bands began to glow red with energy and the opening of the concert is just about to start.

Excited children and adults jump and yell as the "Life Is A Wonderful Adventure" speech begins and echoes throughout the entire stadium and the energy is large.

I angled my camera towards the the stage as Chris began singing and leaping around the stage as the lights beamed onto the band that seemed happy.

I snapped a couple of pictures of Chris on stage but I noticed his face and it didn't look as happy as he usually was and it was hurting and he sang but it didn't seem real but no one else knew or understood what occurred hours before.

No one in the crowd seemed to notice that the rest of the band didn't seem as happy either while the crowd of people sang the chorus as it echoed everywhere and as the confetti rained down on the stage.

I sighed wishing that the band would be okay and that Phil would hopefully recover soon and I don't know what I'll do if he doesn't recover.

I pushed the thought out of my mind as I continued clicking away my camera as A Head Full Of Dreams ended the lights went out and Yellow was up next.

The Xyloto bands began glowing yellow and the crowd cheered and Chris started strumming the well known tune on his backup acoustic guitar.

As Chris started into the main chorus he almost lost it but he held himself together but a few people started catching onto his sadness but the energy didn't die out.

"Y...you know I..I love you s..so" Chris sang but his voice cracked and full tear streams were flowing down from his ocean blue eyes.

My heart sank and I got a feeling in my gut like when you're on a roller coaster and it felt awful but, as the band continued with their music Chris didn't sing and I began getting nervous and I fiddled with my blue love button pinned to my shirt.

I felt my lips form into a line and eventually a sad frown and the crowd felt it also as Chris had the band stop playing to give him a couple of minutes and the energy went well beyond low.

Chris walked up to his microphone in shame and he looked at the ground and he finally spoke after a couple of seconds "I'm s..sorry I need a..a break please s..stay patient."

Chris slouched and walked to the stairs that lead under the stage but he had a microphone still clipped to his shirt and he broke down into sobs and the entire crowd looked as if he was a totally different person.

I picked up my camera and stand and I headed for backstage to see what happened with Chris and why this was happening to him.

I walked as fast as I could trying to be as careful as I could with my equipment and trying my best to dodge all the people walking around.

I walked down towards the stage while people got angry thinking I was a fan heading backstage but I didn't say anything and I kept walking in silence.

I adjusted my glasses from the tip of my nose and I slid them back into their normal position and I glanced down at my converse how dirty they seemed but I sighed anyway and kept walking.

I walked directly next to the stage and I heard crunching as I looked down I was walking on the confetti and I found a pair of stairs leading underneath the stage.

I walked slow and quiet down the five little stairs and I was under the stage and crew members rushed in every direction figuring out something to do about the entire situation.

I walked down the same hallway as before too find the three other members of the band waiting outside of Chris's door.

Nothing worked no matter how hard the other guys tried to get him out of his room but nothing worked.

I heard something fall on the other side of the door and tears prickled my eyes and my heart began to race.
