Chapter Thirty-One: Marriage & Honeymoon

Adeline pov

It has been 2 weeks since we officially graduated high school and I'm getting married today. It took me 2 months to find the right dress but I did and beautiful. I had a small tiara on my head and my make up was light and delicate but still very nice and elegant.

"You look gorgeous," Sara, one of my bridesmaids, said.

"He'll be tripping over his feet after looking at you," Kacey, my maid of honor, said.

"Go out there and take the man of your dreams," Angie said and lead me over to Beckett.

"Are you sure?" Beckett said. Since my dad is dead it though it would be best if my oldest brother walked me down the isle on my big day. Also I got to meet his girlfriend, her name's Jessi and she is Isabella's older sister.

"Yes, but a little nervous," I said.

"That's good because if you weren't nervous I would be nervous," Beckett joked.

"Yeah," I said nervously when it was my turn to walk down the isle. Holy crap I feel like I'm going to barf from this nervousness.

"It's alright. You're marrying the man of your dreams," Beckett reassured me. I then kept my eyes and thoughts on Mason.

"Do you take Adeline to be your lawfully wedded wife? If so answer "I DO." The Minister said to Mason.

"I do," Mason said smiling at me.

"Do you take Mason to be your lawfully wedded husband? If so answer "I DO." The Minister said to me.

"I do," I said staring into Mason's beautiful ocean blue eyes.

"By the authority vested in me by the State of California I now pronounce you husband and wife," The Minister said. "You may now kiss the bride."

Mason then dipped me and kissed me hard.

"We're finally married," Mason said smiling like a goof at me.

"Finally," I said as we walked down the isle with our friends behind us.

"Let's go party!" Clark said as we got in the limo. We decided to have a fairly small wedding only the people very close to us. We got to the small hall where we were holding the reception. Obviously Mason and I had the first dance then the rest joined us and we danced the night away.

"May I have this dance?" James asked.

"Yeah," I said and placed my hand in his and we danced to the slow song playing.

"You guys are so cute. At first I didn't like the idea of Mason dating but you have helped Mason be a better leader to all of us," James said.

"Thanks," I said and smiled.

"Time for the cake!" Angie exclaimed. I walked over to where Mason was with the cake we sliced the cake and took a bit but Mason got it all over my face.

"Ass butt," I muttered using a napkin to gently take off the cake.

"Those are the same," Mason said laughing.

"I know," I said and smiled up at him.

"That's so cute," Clark said as he held up the picture of us.

"Are you taking a picture of everything?" Isabella said laughing as she took a slice of cake.

"Yes, I said I would so I am," Clark said nodding.
