We get to the party it's already going strong music blasting people everywhere.

"Lets go get drinks" she said grabbing my arm and dragging me with her. We make our way to the kitchen. There are a lot of people there too but not as many as out in the living room. She pours herself a drink.

"You gonna drink?" She asked.

"No we do kinda need a designated driver" I reply.

"You don't even have your licence" she said.

"I know how to drive I have my L it's just I haven't gone to get my full yet" I remind her.

"Cmon have fun" she nudges me.

"I'm fine" I say.

"You say that way too much, I know you aren't" she said.

"Lila can we not right now" I say she sighs.

"Fine, yeah lets go dance" she tells me I nod. We go back out and start to dance.

"Hey ladies" Jack the guy who's having the party comes up to us.

"Hey" we said.

"You guys are looking good" he tells us.

"We know" Lila replied confidently I laugh a little.

"Not drinking tonight?" He asked me I shake my head.

"No designated driver" I reply he nods.

"Not to be rude but we're trying to dance...so go" Lila said pushing him away and started dancing with me again. From the corner of my eye I see Mason walk in. Oh god stop look away. But I also see Georgie walk up to him.

"Maddie, you actually came" I hear Ryan I turn to see him. "And you look great" he adds. Marks talking to Lila.

"Hey, yeah I did and thanks" I said.

"Having fun so far?" He asked.

"I guess didn't get here too long ago" I reply he nods.

"Mads" I hear another voice I turn and Luke's there.

"Oh hey" I say to him.

"Hey, I need to ask you a question" he said.

"Ok" I said with a nod.

"First thing, who's the new guy you're talking to?" He asked with a smile.

"Just a friend he's new to our school" I reply he nods.

"Second things why are you and Mason still not talking?" He asked.

"I have a feeling he told you and you just want to here it from me" I said.

"You're right" he said.

"Well he told you everything?" I asked.

"Yeah that you guys were dating and all" he said I nod.

"Well yeah and he broke up with me after Nathan found out saying he's not good enough for me or some shit" I mutter. "Why's are we talking about this?" I asked.

"I just needed to know, so I could see both sides and it's pretty much the same" he replied.

"Okay, today I was kinda planning on not wanting to think about him...so can we not talk about that?" I asked he nods.

"Yeah sorry, just wanted to ask" he said. "Have fun...but not too much fun" he said with a grin.

"Okay" I mutter back I turn around and Ryan's not there anymore. Mark and Lila are dancing together. I turn to walk away then I see Ryan again.
