I'm finally able to get out of here. Mason didn't go to school again which makes no. He said I shouldn't go for at least a week and that means that I'll be back for the last week only which means finals.

"Can't I just go to school?" I asked as we got to the car.

"No the doctor said no" Mason and my mom say.

"But I'll be fine it's only a week he said that won't do much" I shrugged. I lay my crutches to the side in the car.

"Yeah it will with much rest" mom said putting my seatbelt on.

"I'm capable of something's guys" I said.

"Maddie, you have a broken arm a fractured knee or something and bruised rib so...no you aren't" he says.

"It was just a parking lot, how did he hit me that hard?" I asked. Mom shut the door after saying by.

"His truck was jacked up and was driving fast" he says turning on the car and pulling out of the parking spot.

"Well...you should probably get back to school" I point out.

"That I will do tomorrow" he replied glancing at me then back at the road.

"So what am I supposed to do all day?" I asked.

"Go on your phone, read a book" he says.

"Easy for you to say" I said.

"It is actually, I stayed in your room alone for a week straight" he laughed.

"Yeah whatever" I muttered. "So why didn't you go to school again?" I asked.

"Because you were just getting out of the hospital" he says.

"Ok, so what's going on with you and Nathan?" I asked.

"Way too many questions, but I don't know I heard what he said yesterday but will he even tell me?" He asked I laughed.

"Just tell him you heard" I say.

"Uh, why would I when he could actually be sincere about it and actually tell me" he says I roll my eyes.

"You're making it harder than it could be" I tell him looking at the side of his face. "You guys have had so many fights lately what's up with that?" I asked he shrugged. Then I think back to it...realizing it's my fault...ever since we got together they've been in constant fights. I look straight. Oh fuck there fights are always because of me. We lied to him when we were dating, I slept with Mason so he was mad, he wouldn't visit me in the hospital...it's all my fault. They never fought before that. They bickered but everyone does that me and Mason do that all the time. But now they actually fight.

"You okay?" He asked me glancing over then back at the road. I nodded.

"Yeah why wouldn't I be?" I asked.

"You seem off...does something hurt!" He asked I shake my head. Yeah I'm sore all over but it makes sense.

"No I'm good" I say. We get back to my house and go in.

"Do you need anything?" He asked I shook my head and sat say on the couch.

"I'm good Mason chill" I laughed.

"Sorry" he said and sat next to me. "Put your legs up" he pats his lap I laughed.

"I think I'm fine" I said.

"No put them up you need to keep them rested" he says he then slowly picks my legs up putting them on his lap. Then his phone rings and he pulls it out picking it up.
