It was now later in the night. Carlos was playing a video game on TV, Jay was going through stuff he stolen recently, and meanwhile Grayson was sitting on his bed sulking. As this was going on, Mal and Evie came in, and saw what was happening. Evie saw Grayson sulking on his bed, and went to see what was wrong. Meanwhile, Mal went over to Jay. "What are you doing?" she asked. "Well Mal, it's called stealing," Jay replied. "Okay. What's the point?" Mal asked. "It's like buying whatever I want. Except it's free," Jay replied. "Okay. You could do that, or you could leave all of this here and pick it all up when we take over the world," Mal replied. "You sound just like your mom," Evie remarked.

"Thank you," Mal beamed. "You do it your way. I'll do it mine," Jay sneered. "Die suckers! Jay check this game out, man. It's awesome," Carlos cheered. Jay took the game controls from Carlos, and began to play the game. "Guys!! Do I have to remind you what we're all here for?" Mal asked. "Fairy Godmother, blah-blah-blah. Magic Wand blah-blah-blah," Jay mocked, causing the others except Mal to laugh. "This is our one chance to prove ourselves to our parents. To prove that we are ruthless, cruel, and vicious," Mal said firmly. This made the others shocked, and agree. "You might want to. Now I don't," Grayson said, sulking.

Hearing this, the others were astonished. "Why would you say that?" Mal asked. Grayson sighed and told them everything about what Mother Gothel wanted him to do. However, he was having second thoughts about it, now that Regina told him the truth about what she did. "Now, I'm not so sure I can trust my own mother anymore. Or believe what she says ever again," Grayson said, with a tear in his eyes. Evie sat down next to Grayson, and put her arm around him. "That's okay. You can slip away form your mother's plan, and join us," she said. "Thanks Evie," Grayson smiled.

"Evie. Mirror me," Mal instructed, and Evie took out her mother's magic mirror from her pocket. "Mirror mirror on the--in my hand, where does the Fairy Godmother's wand..stand?" she asked. The mirror showed an image of the wand, surrounded by some sort of light. "There it is!" Evie cried. "But where exactly is it?" asked Grayson. "Mirror mirror, not so close," Evie told the mirror, which zoomed out until it showed the whole planet. "Closer. Closer.." Evie instructed. "can I get back to my game? I'm on level 3," Carlos asked. "Stop! There. It's in a museum," Mal cried. "Where is it?" asked Jay.

Carlos quickly got on the laptop that Jay stole, and typed it in. "2.3 miles from here," he revealed. "Let's go," Grayson smiled. Mal opened the door, and looked around, making sure the coast was clear. Then one-by-one, they all sneaked out the dorm room. Carlos stayed behind to put on his jacket, then took off after Mal called his name.

Little did the VK's (Villain Kids) know was that someone else was out of the dorms, and going to the museum; Regina. She had promised to make the night-shift security guard a cup of hot coffee. Just like her mother, she always keeps her promises. So she went down to the kitchen, made a cup of coffee, put a lid on it to keep it hot, then, with Goldie at her side,  made her way to the museum.
