41. The Video
Jack's P.O.V.
I was studying for my test when Jack and Sam barge in.
"We got it!" They both said at the same time.
"Got what? haha"
"The video if me asking out Alana, Here lets watch it," Sam said.
"Wait you asked her out already?"
"Yeah he did it last night," Jack said.
"Ooooh then put the DVD in and press play," I said kind of excited to see the way he did it. As the video played, I have to admit it was a clever idea. It made me laugh the way Alana was laughing while wearing the blindfold. It made me sad seeing Alana so happy with Sam. I wanted that to be me. It was so cute to be honest. When they hug it's so cute because it's like they belong together, like you can feel the chemistry they have. The guys were all so happy watching it and I have to admit see Alana and Sam happy makes me happy. At the end Alana ended with "Septemeber 6, 2014... Yayyyyy hahaha." That was so cute yet it hurt.
"Soooo what did you think?" Sam said looking at me.
"I have to admit that was a clever way to ask her out, Good job man!" I said give him one of those "man hugs."
"Hey I gotta go I said I would meet Alana at the fountain at 4 it's 3:54," He said leaving.
"Alright man what did you really think of the video?" Jack asked giving me the "your lied" look.
"The truth?"
"Yes."
"I didn't like it. I mean I like the way he asked her out but I don't like that she has a boyfriend now," I said truthfully.
"Jack why are you feeling this way? You have a girlfriend! You should have all your feelings towards her!!"
"I know and you're right! but what happens when you're too late in telling someone how you feel?" I say.
"Then it's time to finally let go.. Look I gotta go to class but either you do something or let go. Bye man."
Why is Jack always right? I just go to watch Sam and Alana outside my window. Why are they a perfect couple? Why am I not Sam right now? So many questions run through my mind. If I can't have Alana, I'm glad Sam can.
