36. Long Time No See
Alana's P.O.V.
I think I have accepted what happened last night. I'm not one of those people who waste their time crying over something that won't last forever. I left the flowers at Leigh's front door, so she could have them back. I needed to get some food because food helps everything. I left my dorm. I was walking to the cafeteria and all of a sudden I ran into someone.
"Oh man I'm so sorry, I didn't watch where I was going," the familiar voice said.
"Oh it's fine.. accidents happen right," I replied. I looked up and saw Sam.
"Oh hey Sam," I smiled.
"Alana?" He looked up at me, "Oh hey Alana! Long time no see!" We hugged. I haven't seen Sam in months and it feels good to be reunited again. We talked for a little bit and caught each other up on how we were doing.
"Well I have to go but I'll catch you later," He said.
"Ok cool bye," I waved and smiled. I walked into the cafeteria and saw Jack and Leigh having breakfast together. You have to admit they do make a cute couple not going to lie. I watched them as they laughed and enjoyed each others company. I think too myself, why couldn't that be me? Why didn't we have our second chance? I didn't think seeing him with another girl would be so hard but it is. I wish I could just take back all that I saw in the last few days. It's like everywhere I go Jack and Leigh always have to be together. Oh well, you just have to keep moving on, Right?
