50. Finally Mine Again
Jack's P.O.V.
I'm currently at the park with Johnson telling him the plan.
"So over here is where I'm gonna tell her everything and ask her out," I said pointing to the bench by the pond. He smiled and told me how excited he was. I was excited as well but also very nervous. Alana and I have never talked about getting back together in the time we've been best friends. I'm taking her out at 7 and it's 6. I'm ready to go and heading back to campus right now to pick her up.
Alana's P.O.V.
A few days ago, Jack asked me out on a date. I've been thinking about it ever since. What if he needs to tell me bad news? What if him and Leigh are together? Well that can't be it because he's taking me on a date. I've always liked Jack but ever since Sam left and we became better friends, my feelings for him became stronger. Who knows? Maybe our date will lead to more dates which would lead to another chance. I think about giving Jack another chance all the time, and I've finally agreed on giving him another chance. There's a knock on my door and a rush of nervousness runs through my body. I know it's Jack.
"Jack. Hey," I say smiling.
"Hey, You ready?" He says smiling. He's always had a killer smile.
"Yea let's go," I say.
** Skips to the end of dinner **
"haha so anyways, before the night ends, I want to take you to this park down the street. It's so nice and I think you'll love it," He says happily.
"Haha ok whatever you want," I say. He pays the check and we head to the park. He hasn't talked about dating at all and I'm honestly sad. What if it doesn't happen tonight? Ok now I'm just being stupid. We get to the park, and all he does is talk about how college is.
Jack's P.O.V.
We're at the park and I'm trying to get her to come to the pond. I didn't know what to talk about so I just started about college. Johnson is at the pond with cameras ready for recording and everything. I didn't buy her any bears or flowers because Sam did that and she still has his. It would be awkward if she had 2 different bears from 2 guys who asked her out. It's just going to be me, her, and a bracelet I bought. It's a gold bracelet and on it, it says, 'Never stopped loving you ❤ -Jack' I really hope she likes it. She still has the other bracelet I gave her. We arrive at the pond and sit on the bench. I give Jack my unnoticeable signal to start recording and he does. Wow that sounds creepy. It all starts now, I thought.
"Alana, Can I tell you something?" I said nervously.
"Of course," She responds smiling. She's always had a gorgeous smile.
"Well, ever since we broke up 10 months ago I didn't know how to cope with it. I was honestly so broken and I missed you. Cheating on you was the worst mistake I've ever made. Seeing you again at Magcon was the best thing thats happened to me because if you didn't come then I most likely wouldn't of came to graduation and I wouldn't be here. I never lost feelings for you once. Yes, I dated Leigh but that never meant I was over you. Leigh was nothing compared to you. When she cheated on me I knew how you felt. I didn't even care about my feelings! I cared about how you felt when I cheated on you! when you dated Sam I was heartbroken, when he showed me the video of him asking you out.. I wanted to throw you out the window. I didn't want anyone to be yours except me. Being best friends with you reminded me how much you being mine meant to be," I stopped to see if she wanted to say anything.
"Jack aw I don't know what to say, everything you just said means the world to me," She said. Her smile out of control. She's so happy and I'm the reason.
"So realizing how much you being mine meant to me.. I'd like to make it official once again. I promise this time I won't mess up, I won't cheat, I won't break a promise and I'll love you forever. I love you too much to give you up. So Alana will you do me the honor of being my girlfriend?" I say holding her hands.
"Jack. Yes!!" She said hugging me. Having her in my arms again felt so good.
"Here I want to give you this," I said handing her the bracelet.
"Jack.. Woah. This must of cost a fortune I can't take it. It's too much," She says handing it back.
"No please take it. I bought it because your worth it," I said smiling.
"Thank you," She said smiling. She put it on and I knew she would keep it forever no matter what. She's finally mine again and it feels so good. I wouldn't of asked for anyone better. Alana is the one. She's the one that was the one that was made for me and I'm so excited. She's the one I see walking down the aisle towards me. She's the one I see telling me 'I love you' every night. She's the one I see spending my entire life with her.
Alana's P.O.V.
Jack did it! He finally asked me to be his girlfriend again and I couldn't be happier. He is definitely the one for me. He's the soulmate God has given me and I am so blessed. The bracelet is so beautiful. I still have the first one he gave me and they both mean so much.
"I love you Alana," He says. I look up at him.
"I love you too Jack," We get up and hug. The hug lasts for what seems like eternity. Not complaining though, his hugs are the best. We drive back to the campus and say goodnights.
He's finally mine again.

What as great night. I received her back and I'm so blessed.
