A/N Hey, Sorry I didn't update on Wednesday. I watched Doctor Who for a few hours and when I remembered that I still had to update, people never seemed to leave the room, so I couldn't update. Sorry. I feel like I always say sorry in the A/N's.

I finished my homework and Josh left the room. I laid down on the bed and got out my phone. I went on youtube and put some music on. I got out my notebook and started drawing. I had just finished the head of my character when there was a knock on the door. "Come in." I said. Tyler opened the door and walked in. "Everyone is here now, if you want to come down." He said. I nodded. "Let me finish what I'm doing, then I'll probably come down." I said, hoping he would let me stay up here for longer. "Okay, we'll probably be in the back yard." He said and then left the room.
I continued drawing, having to get up a couple times to sharpen the pencil. I grabbed colored pencils and colored it in, thinking it would look better that way. I could hear things going on down stairs, but I ignored it and kept drawing. I put my pencils down and looked at the finished product.

I smiled, it's probably one of the best I've done so far. I grabbed the notebook and put it in my bag. I turned off the music and put my phone in my pocket. I went towards the door and took in a deep breath before opening it and going downstairs.

I went into the kitchen to see Jenna grabbing different foods. "Oh, Abby there you are. Can you take these out to Tyler?" Jenna asked me. I nodded and grabbed the burgers and hotdogs that she was handing me.
I went out to the deck. I saw Tyler and his dad next to the grill talking. I walked over to them, half hoping that they wouldn't see me. Tyler saw me and smiled. "Um, Jenna t-told me to g-give these to you." I said, handing Tyler the food. He grabbed them and put them on the tray thing that's attached to the grill. "Dad, this is Abby, she's been staying with us this week." Tyler said. I smiled at Tyler dad. "N-nice to m-meet you." I said. He said the same thing and went back to looking at something on his phone.
Tyler led me to the table where Josh and Tyler's siblings were sitting. "Hey guys, this is Abby." Tyler said. They all waved and said hello, and went back to talking. I just stood there awkwardly for a few minutes, before Josh pulled me next to him. I smiled at him, mentally thanking him. "You having fun?" He asked. "Totally." I said, sarcastically obviously. He smiled. "Yeah, it's kinda boring right now. No ones doing anything." He said. "Well, what do you want to do?" I asked him. He shrugged and turned towards the others, listening to there conversations.
I sighed and went back inside. "Need any help?" I asked Jenna. She shook her head. "Nope, just finished everything." She said and went outside. I went into the kitchen and grabbed some water bottles. I went outside and put some on the table, in case other people want some. I went over to the pool and put my feet in.
A few minutes later I see other people doing the same. Josh sits down next to me and hands me some sun glasses. I put them on and see he has the same kind. I sat there for a little bit, just in my own little world. I didn't notice everyone getting up and heading to the deck. I felt something touch my shoulder and I jumped. I looked up to see Tyler looking at me. "Are you okay?" He whispered to me. I nodded and got up, seeing that everyone was getting food.
I got my food and sat down. There wasn't enough room around the table for everyone so I sat on the steps on the deck. I ate a few chips and a couple bites of the burger. The burgers and hotdogs got kind of burnt so they didn't taste that good. I was fine with it though, it's an excuse not to eat that much. I sat there for a little longer and then got up and threw my food away and put the plate in the sink.
I went back outside and just listened to other people's conversations. After a few hours of other people talking and me doing nothing, the fire works started. They were shooting them off pretty close to us, so we could see them and hear them. The fire works finished, and all the sparklers and snaps were used. Everyone talked for about twenty minutes and then people started to leave.
After everyone left, I went back up to my room and laid down. I was extremely tired, plus I have school tomorrow. I stared at the ceiling for an hour or so before finally falling asleep.
