The night dawned in Wales, and rain began to pour down on the house. Belle was sat on her bed, staring at her wand when soft knocks were heard from her door. She placed her wand in the drawers by her bed and opened the door to see Enoch. "Miss Peregrine wants everyone in the garden."
Belle nodded, "Okay. I'll just grab my coat."
"You won't need one." Enoch stopped her. She looked at the boy weirdly but followed him out into the pouring rain and onto the damp grass.
"What's going on?" She asked the boy as they stood with the rest of the children.
"Well years ago, we used to have loops where we would live in one day forever and have to reset it everyday. To keep us safe. But an invention was made and we didn't need loops anymore and live day by day. Although, Miss Peregrine keeps it as tradition that we come out here every night, she placed a spell on each night so it rains. She does another and it stops raining and everything dries. It's rather exciting to watch." He nodded towards Miss Peregrine who had a gramophone. She played an old song and began the spells.
When the rain cleared everyone gathered inside. "Did you like your first reset?" Fiona asked Belle.
"Reset?"
"Yes, we still call them resets to honour what used to happen." Victor added.
"Yes, it was quite pleasant." She smiled. "You guys' are witches and wizards?"
"Of course. This is a school, not only to teach us how to control our peculiarity but to learn witchcraft and wizardry." Emma said.
Belle turned to Miss Peregrine. "Does my mother know this?" The woman winked and ushered everyone off to bed.
Belle changed into her pyjamas and sat on her windowsill. If I still learn magic, could I send letters to Luna, Fred, George and Lee? Belle looked up to the stars. Would they want to hear from her? She didn't know. Was it bad she didn't feel sad that she has left her mother? Belle still wanted answers for the reason why she suddenly was taken out of Hogwarts and sent here.
Nothing made sense.

In the morning it was announced that Sirius Black was no longer in the castle and for the rest of the school year students would sleep in their dormitories. Of course everybody was happy that he was no longer inside the school, but that didn't make Fred, George and Lee's mood brighter. "So she just left?" George stated. "No goodbye."
"It doesn't make sense does it?"Lee asked.
"Something has to be going on." Fred concluded. Lupin had summoned the three and Luna into his office that afternoon to find out any information on Belle.
"She was going to say goodbye, but they didn't have time. It was clear she didn't want to leave." Luna added.
"Thank you, you four." Lupin nodded. "If I find anything else out I shall let you all know. Even an address to contact her."
"Thank you Professor." They all bided goodbye and left the room.
"She has taken this too far." Lupin clenched his jaw and left the grounds and towards Hogsmeade. He apparated to Brighton, and rapped on the door violently. The door swung open and Beatrice attempted to shut it quickly, but Remus put his foot in the way. "How dare you!"
"What have I done, Remus?" She asked in a sickly sweet voice.
"You have taken our, let me remind you, OUR daughter out of school before she even knew of my relation to her!"
