To say that Belle was confused was an understatement. The twins and Lee were ignoring her but had that devious smirk on their faces whenever they glanced at her and Enoch. They were planning something. She didn't know what but it was putting her on edge. She was spending more time with everyone from home, especially Enoch, of course, because the three were ignoring her but it also gave her more time to spend with Luna and her father. Even though, Remus knew of the three ignoring Belle he still sent warning glares to Fred. He could tell that he liked his daughter, it was as obvious as the scars on his face.

That evening Belle found herself with her father and Madison in the DADA classroom. "So they're ignoring you still?"

"Yes, dad, they are." Bell nodded. Remus fist-pumped the air. "It's not great! They have this smirk on their face when they look at me and it's creeping me out!"

Madison sat beside her and leaned forward to slap Remus in the stomach. "Don't be mean, Moony! They're her friends! Have you tried talking to them?"

Belle nodded, "Every time I try to they run the opposite way. It's like all the other years over again, people did that to me then, some still do." She looked down at her hands.

Remus looked his daughter instantly regretting the way he reacted. "Sweetheart, I'm sorry that was out of order. I get that they are your friends but from the way that they are acting, it doesn't seem like it." He sat the other side of her and wrapped his arm around her shoulders bringing her into a hug.

Madison bit her lip, "Why do people avoid you?"

"Because I'm thick and weird. I am a Ravenclaw who is hopeless in class with bright blue hair."

"You aren't thick."

"Have you seen my grades?"

Madison nor Remus spoke.

"Point proven."

After a few hours of Madison and Remus helping her with her homework, Belle exited the classroom and wandered the halls of the school. She spotted Enoch storming down the corridor away from where she was, goo covering him. "E?" She called out to him and tried to run after him but two sets of hands grabbed hold of her arms either side. "It's you three."

"Hello!" The grinned at her.

She glared at them, "So now you want to talk to me."

"Oh, of course, Bella. You are lovely to talk to."Fred smiled slinging an arm over her shoulder.

"Then why ignore me? I suppose the gooey crap over Enoch is your fault too is it?"The twins and Lee nodded. "Why?"

"Because he kissed you, we can't have a boy taking our Belle from us,"George replied. "Are you two together?"

"What? No. I told him I didn't like him like that, but more of a brother! You didn't need to goo him!" She cried running a hand through her hair. "You guys! Bloody hell!"

"We're just gonna go." Said George grabbing onto Lee and dragging the boy away. "see ya!"

Once out of sight Belle looked up at Fred unimpressed, "What was that all about?" Fred shrugged and the pair walked down the corridor to Merlin knows where. "So you literally pranked him and ignored me because we kissed?"Fred nodded his ears turning pink. "Why? Wait-how did you find out?"

"I overheard you talking the other day..." Fred trailed off. He expected the usual girl answer of a hissy fit and claiming that he was being rude etcetera but that didn't happen. She hugged him stopping them from walking. "You aren't going to blow up in my face?"

She shook her head, "No, I thought you might have heard rumours. Thank God you didn't, I don't want any more rumours about me."

"Nope, no rumours." Fred laughed. "So you don't like him?"

Belle shook her head, "Why? Besides, it happened before I came back to school."

Fred shrugged but nodded at the same time, they were still hugging but Fred quickly pushed her away when he caught sight of Remus strolling down the corridor. Belle looked shocked but soon noticed her father, "You're a prick!" She yelled. "You were ignoring me just to prank Enoch? Catch him by surprise!"

Remus stopped in in his tracks his eyebrows and just before he noticed Fred's confused manner the boy caught on to what was happening. "What's going on?"

"Nothing, I was just having a go at him, dad." Belle smiled sweetly at him. Remus nodded and kissed his daughters head before leaving the pair alone. Once they were sure that he was out of the picture the pair of students both let out a sigh of relief.

"Why does your dad hate me?"

"He doesn't hate you, just merely dislikes you for some strange reason."Belle shrugged. "Also, I didn't mean it when I called you a prick."

"It's cool. So... what do you want to do?" Belle didn't know and simply sent an unknowing look at the boy. There's so much I want to do, but I can't, thought Fred. "Why don't we just head up to the common room."

"Mine or yours?"

"Why don't we go to mine, many Ravenclaws glare at me in yours." Belle followed the boy up to the Gryffindor portrait hole and let him cover her ears so she didn't hear the password. He groaned when the password he last knew wasn't accepted. Belle looked up confused and he uncovered her ears, leaving the cold air to nip at them. "I don't know the password."

"Helpful."

Fred knocked on the portrait much to the dismay of the resident and didn't stop until Dean Thomas let them in. "What's the password?" He asked the younger boy and quickly covered Belle's ears once more. Dean told him of the password before returning to his drawing. They joined Lee and George on the sofas and the group instantly conversed about the most random of things.

A group of girls entered the common room and glanced at Belle before they sniggered. She looked down into her lap not wanting to look up and Fred wrapped his arm around her. "Don't worry about them. They're probably just trying to get you down. You're way better than them in many ways."

Way better.
