From across the table Belle continued to glare at George who clutched a tissue to his nose, halting back at the girl. Lee and Fred sat awkwardly with the pair, not knowing what to do other then get ready if one of them pounces, their bets being on Belle.
From further down, Angelina Johnson watched the four in confusion, her eyes landing on Fred who pulled a face at her. "What is going on?" Asked the girl, who got up and moved closer to the group, next to Fred. "Why does George have a nose bleed and why are they glaring at each other."
"At this point, Angie, I'm not sure whether they are still annoyed at each other or they are simply having a staring contes." Lee laughed. Belle wasn't amused as her shoe wound up in her hand once more and Fred had to snatch it off of her before Lee ended up with the same fate as George.
"I believe they're still annoyed." Commented Fred, keeping his girlfriend's shoe on the bench beside him and her hands in his.
Angelina shook her head in amusement at the group and turned to Belle, "I like your weapon choice, hurts a lot."
Belle tore her eyes from George, her glare dispersing and she smiled at the girl. "Thank you, at least this way I know what I want to happen will happen unlike with a hex, I would probably permanently damage someone of it was to go wrong."
"I'm sure in some cases that would be great." Angelina pointed out, "like Malfoy and his idiots."
"Yes, but I don't appreciate either!" Grumbled George. Belle after so quickly that Fred couldn't even stop her and George couldn't dodge it before her other hair cam hurtling towards his face again, his nose bleeding once more after it had finally stopped. "Oh come on!"
"Right, that's it!" Fred stood up from the table, he lifted Belle up from behind and carried the struggling girl out of the hall, students and professors staring alike. Belle continued to try and kick and punch as Fred grunted, not putting her down until they reached Moaning Myrtle's bathroom. He pushed the door open with his bum and dumped Belle down on the floor, shutting the door behind him.
Belle stayed sat on the floor, her legs crossed along with her arms and sour look on her face. "Now, now, Bella, what's got you all fired up today?" Fred asked her softly, crouching down before her.
Belle looked away, like a small, annoyed, child. "Nothing." She pouted, her eyes glaring at Myrtle who watched from her cubicle, eyeing up Fred as she did so.
"C'mon, talk to me."
"Here's some talk for you, tell your brother to go away!" She whined,
Fred chuckled, placing his hands in hers, "honestly woman, I adore you, I really do but seriously, you need to sort out when you get all annoyed. You don't give a flying monkeys about what Malfoy said but one mention of George comparing you to Harley, and you're flipping your lid! Why?"
Belle sighed, "I dunno."
The boy moved to sit beside her and nudged her with his shoulder, "I think you do know, Bella." He said softly, "either that or mine and Georgie's self-taught-lessons of mind Reading was a waste of time!"
The blue haired girl looked down, her hair falling over her face like a wall forming around her, hiding her from Fred. "I guess, I don't like being compared to Harley." She told him.
"Why not? Harley's great!"
"Because we aren't alike! You guys are just prying for the simplest of things to compare us just because we are related. She may be my family by blood, but I'm not just going to welcome some woman into my life that easily!"
Fred's eyebrows knitted together, "I don't understand. You seemed to be totally fine with her during the summer. Why have you changed your tune all of a sudden? Why are you treating her differently to your dad and grandpa? You welcomed them straight away." He placed a hand on her back, rubbing circles softly.
"I didn't want to upset Dad and Grandpa, they love her to death. I...three of them obviously have some kind of special bond, I don't want to ruin it. Grandpa is constantly saying how some things I do is the same as her and I just feel like sometimes they see her and don't see Belle."
"I get what you are saying. It's normal for them to have a special bond they are family and have been around each other for a lot longer, but Belle, listen to me. You aren't going to ruin anything, if anything you are going to add to it. They wouldn't have welcomed you with open arms if they didn't want you there. It's not bad to be like Harley, you know, you should take it as a compliment. You're taking after your father's side of the family, isn't that what you want? To be more like your dads side then your mums?"
"I guess." Belle said, looking up. "I sound so bad about saying that don't I?"
Fred shook his head, "not at all, you aren't used to having such a loving family, it's understandable that you are getting used to it." Fred leaned in, pressing a kiss to her cheek. "Now, we should go and get your shoes and see if Georgie alright...or we could wait a while?" He said peppering her cheek with more kisses, edging closer to her lips. He reached them just as Moaning Myrtle let out a belch.
"Bleugh!" She Cried swooping up out of her toilet. "How revolting! Do that somewhere else!"
Fred and Belle pulled away blushing, the pair scampering to their feet and rushing towards the door. "Let's go!" Said Belle.
"Weasley!"
Fred turned to face the ghost in confusion, "if you die of boredom with Brainless Belle, you are welcome to share my toilet." She giggled twirling her hair.
"Bugger off."
