"Professor, I don't understand, he screamed at you?"
"Yes Remus, he did, and I have told you countless of times. Unless we are in front of students, you can call me Minerva. You barely called me Professor as a student, much to my dismay, so there is no point starting now." McGonagall pursed her lips, looking over at her former student.
"Sorry, but I still don't understand why you are relaying this information to me, it's not like I am Belle Florence's father or anything-"
"Albus told me."
Remus scratched the back of his neck and one of his ears, "Oh, "He said, "What would I be able to do about it though? I haven't been in her life for that long and I don't know her that well."
McGonagall shook her head, "You are her father, whether you have been for years or for the last two minutes, I do not care. You can change her life and where she will be schooled. I cannot. Now, get your bottom out of this school and sort it out, I don't want Fred Weasley screaming at me again. I do believe, Mr Weasley cares for Belle a lot."
"I think that too." Remus nodded, and exited the classroom but poked his head back through the crack in the door, "And by the way, you could just say arse-"
"MR LUPIN!"
Remus laughed to himself as he made his way through the school. He nodded his head at students who wished him good-day and smiled at those who said hello. He exited the castle and his pace sped up as he hurried down to Hogsmeade, disapparating away from Scotland and towards Wales.
Lupin landed nearby the children's home and noticed Bronwyn playing with Claire and her dolls, "Hello, Belle's dad." The girl greeted, "Do you want me to alert Belle and Miss Peregrine?"
"Yes please," The man nodded and just as the girl was about to open the door, it opened and Miss Peregrine stood there, puffing on her pipe.
"Ah, Remus, Right on time, a portrait heard you and Minerva and alerted me right away from that I calculated the average speed you walk and then multiplied that by the average time it takes to apparate from Scotland to Cairnholm and here you are. Please, do come in. Would you like some tea? I can get Emma to heat up some if you'd like."
"I'm good, thank you."
"Right. Ah! Jake!" She grinned spotting the American boy with Emma walking past, "Can you go fetch Miss Florence for me please, tell her that her father is in the parlour waiting."
Jake nodded, but an audible sigh was heard as he and his girlfriend climbed the stairs. "Look, don't let Enoch get to you. Just do as the bird asks and I will sort Enoch." Said Emma.
"I doubt it'll be that easy, Em."

There was a knock at the door and instantly Enoch groaned, his head falling onto his desk. Victor stood up from where he was sat beside Belle. He opened the door and let the two teenagers in. "What do you want, Portman?"Enoch snapped.
"Belle's dad is here." He said, ignoring the Scottish boy's snap.
"Why is he here?" Belle asked, standing up but Enoch gripped her wrist.
"We don't know."Emma answered, "He just turned up."
Enoch rolled his eyes, "Well, goodbye then. You can leave."
