5 hours later, I was walking into HQ. After dropping Mr Louis off at the authorities, we flew to the airport where the jet was waiting. It was a long five-hour flight which mainly consisted of me sitting on my laptop writing up my report. The report I was working on consisted of writing up about my mission, it was long and time consuming but it had to be done. The captain would flip if I arrived at HQ without a complete report. I changed from my suit to a pair of black high waist skinny jeans, and a plain white tee, I paired them with some black heeled boots and my locket. I luckily had the jet to myself so once I was done typing away I took a quick nap.

I was still pissed off at Alex hijacking my mission the way that he did, I knew for a fact that captain was not going to be happy about that too. There was one thing he hated more than incomplete reports and that was people meddling with his missions. I walked through the entrance security flashing my badge at the machine and carried my way to the evaluator. I pushed the 14th floor button and rode up to my floor with arms crossed.

"That idiot ruined everything!" I shouted to Zoe as I perched myself into my chair. My office was quite spacey, it had a modern feel to it. Similar, to the rest of the building the floors were white and marble. The walls however were an off-white shade that matched my desk and chair that were placed on the right side the room with the open wide windows next to the left side. Behind my desk were book shelves filled with files and books. A small table and white armchairs were placed on the adjacent side of the room. My walls were decorated with various expensive paintings, no personal photos. I liked to keep my office minimal, no clutter. It was always super clean, I liked it that way.

I slumped into my seat letting out a loud grown. "You made it out the cabin didn't you." Zoe reminded me taking a seat on one of the two chairs in front of my desk. I stared blankly at her with a raised brow. "Don't look at me like that. I'm just stating the facts."

"Well can you not." I swung my chair from side to side looking out my window. The headquarters building was huge, with many floors. My office was on the 14th floor, above us was the captain's and other very influential members of the agency's offices. Below us were the training floors, below them were the analyst's offices and below that were offices for various homeland sectors. There were two training rooms, the one underground was shooting range and the one under us was a gym style training room. The building was never quiet, there was always movement.

"Do you have your report?" She asked crossing her leg over the other.

"Yup, all 20 pages, I'll take it up to him later, I'm still pissed." She shook her head and began laughing.

"Well, later might be sooner than you think because he wants you up in his office." She smirked at me, while I let out another groan. "Your day just keeps getting better and better doesn't it."

I stood up from my seat, grabbed my report and walked to the chair she was sat at. "I'm hating your smug attitude today." I slapped the report on her shoulder making her laugh. She jumped from her seat and walked out the room with me.

"You love me really." She sang as we walked into separate elevators as she was headed down and I was headed upstairs. Zoe has been my analyst for years, I trust her with my life. As the years went by we became very close friends, as sad as it may sound she may be the only friend I have.

The top floor was more deserted than the other floors, due to less people being on this floor. There were about four offices including the captains on this floor and two conference rooms. The captain's office was right at the end of hall, just like always his door was slammed shut. With the report clenched underneath my arm I knocked on his door. Unlike most people who simply shout 'come in', he walks to the door and greets you.
