Kaitlyn's POV

I walked into Len's flat. I saw Alex Gaskarth and all the 1D boys. I saw John Feldman. I saw Louis talking to Eleanor. I walked up to him.

"Hey Louis," I greeted. He smiled at me. I could tell he was doing way better. His eyes were bluer and his smile was brighter.

"Hey Kaitlyn. You've met Eleanor?" I shook my head no. "Well this is my girlfriend Eleanor."

"Oh my gosh no way you were my favorite girlfriend of his I'm so glad you're back together," I exclaimed. I saw Lottie walk up to us. I gasped and ran over to hug her. She hugged back just as tight. After that she walked over to Louis and I walked to the boys.

Luke, Ashton, Michael, and Calum were sitting on the couch next to each other. I laid across their laps and grabbed a slice of pizza.

"Sure, just make yourself comfortable," Ashton said. I smiled.

"Thanks."

"Happy birthday," they all said one after the other. I thanked them again. I smelled my uncle so I stood up. I saw him walk into the living room. I ran up to him.

"Hey Len," I said happily.

"How are you 23 already?"

"I'll take that as happy birthday," I chuckled. He gave me a hug.

I sat in the small gap between Jessica and Luke. "It didn't look like anyone was sitting here." Jessica shook her head. I smiled. Luke was looking at me with his eyebrows raised. "Hey, I've missed you both. I mean you have been in Australia and I've been back home trying to live with the fact that I have three family members left." I let a tear slip out of my eye but I quickly wiped it. "Not important. I'm going to eat more pizza." I stood up and Imagination came on. I walked to the kitchen but before I could grab a piece of pizza Shawn pulled me close to him.

"Can I have this dance?" He asked. I giggled, nodding my head.

It wasn't really dancing; it was swaying. I'm not complaining though. I don't want to humiliate myself in front of everyone. I rested my head on his chest and closed my eyes. I enjoyed the closeness. I had my arms around his neck. He had his arms around my waist. I felt his breath on my ear as he spoke.

"You know I wrote this song for you, right?" He whispered. I nodded. "That day when we first kissed I saw you walk into Starbucks and you were so beautiful. But I told myself I wasn't here to talk to you about that. I ended up kissing you. I thought I was dreaming, but the feeling of your lips on mine was something my brain couldn't come up with on it's own. I couldn't put my feelings into words at the time. Now I can tell you that I love you and that I'm in love with you and that you are the best thing that has ever happened to me, way above my career." I looked up at him smiling. He leaned down and kissed me. I smiled, braking the kiss. He rested his forehead on mine as the song ended. I smiled as Girls Talk Boys came on.

We all gathered in the living room to open gifts. I was sitting next to Louis and Luke.

"Okay, don't feel sorry if you didn't get us a gift or you only got one of us a gift. I think we'll go oldest to youngest since it's actually our birthday today." I looked over to Luke who was nodding his head. Louis smiled as I handed him a small box. He unwrapped it slowly. I looked at the box as he opened it. I saw the pictures of my mom and baby Louis that I had framed right next to the picture of the family I always remembered having. I looked up at him to see him tearing up.
