Kaitlyn's POV

"So how is your music coming?" The interviewer asked.

"Well I just released an EP. I mainly made the album for the friends in the Mendes Army that liked my singles but also for the friends that hear my song and want to look me up."

"The friends?"

"I find the term 'friends' more applicable to the people that like my music than I do the term 'fans'." The interviewer nodded.

"Do you have a name for your fans yet, or have they named themselves? What's going on there?"

"Actually a few days ago I found this tweet that said that I should call them the Wolf Pups and that stuck."

"Why Wolf Pups?"

"Wolves are my favorite animal and so it makes sense to call some of my favorite people by one of my favorite things."

"That's cute."

"Thank you," I said. I smiled at her.

"So, there have been a lot of rumors going around..," I took a deep breath in. "While Shawn was in Mexico there were rumors that he and Hailey Baldwin were together and that you guys had broken up."

"Shawn was in Mexico, playing some shows, and people were freaking out because I wasn't with him. I was in Toronto, recording. He isn't dating Hailey, they are friends. Plus, Shawn and I are married. I honestly don't think Shawn has the guts to cheat on me. He is a great person and I don't think he would be able to live with himself."

"And everyone is talking about not seeing you guys the entire first week of this month. Where were you two?"

"We were on our honeymoon."

"Oh! Where did you go?"

"Shawn and I went to Paris. We were staying at a hotel within a mile of the Eiffel Tower."

"That's cute! I hope you guys had fun."

"We did." I laughed.

"Well, that's all we have time for..." I smiled at the camera and waved as they did their little outro. She stood up, so I stood up as well. "Thank you, Kaitlyn," she said.

"No, thank you." I smiled at her. I gave her a hug.

I went outside to wait for Shawn. When he pulled up I got into the car. He was bundled up in jackets. I chuckled.

"You look hilarious."

"Why thank you kind lady. I might say you look quite hilarious as well, standing in seven degree weather with no jacket on." I laughed. Shawn gave me his hand.

"By the way, it's really hot in this car." Shawn sighed and let go of my hand to change the temperature, then grabbed it again.

When we got back to my parents house I went into the kitchen. My mom was making lunch. She opened the cupboard and sighed.

"I can't reach. Shawn, can you get that for me?" Shawn nodded and walked over to help my mom. My mom put her hands on her hips. "I'm going to the store after I finish my lunch. Do you guys want to come along?"
