Kaitlyn's POV

I woke up in Shawn's arms. It was really comfortable. I stayed there until I heard a quiet whisper asking me if I was asleep. I looked up at Shawn who was looking at me.

"I'll take that as a no," he chuckled, his groggy morning voice filling my ears. I smiled, looking into his beautiful chocolate brown eyes. He leaned his head down to place a kiss on my forehead. I smiled, leaning my head against his chest.I looked around at the room. Where are my babies?

"Where are the twins?" I asked, panicked. I tensed up and jumped out of Shawn's arms.

"Don't worry about it, Luke and Jessica took them last night. But we need to go to the gym, are you coming with me?"

"Yeah, let me get changed and I'll meet you outside," I said. I grabbed my workout clothes and went into the bathroom to get changed, or partially dressed. I had my leggings on, but I only had a sports bra on my torso. I grabbed a cover up and walked out of the bus.

"We're jogging there," I told Shawn. He turned to look at me and his eyes widened. A blush came to his cheeks and he turned away. He nodded. I shook my head, sliding the cover up on.

We ran to the nearest gym and walked inside. As I was working out, millions of thoughts flew through my mind. What if some day, Shawn loves someone more than he does me? What if he loves someone more than me right now? What if I mess up and he breaks up with me? Why are my thoughts always negative?

After about 45 minutes of being pessimistic, I could feel the waterworks coming. I tried blinking it back, but I couldn't. I started to run to the bathroom. I didn't make it and I sat on the ground with my head inbetween my knees. It didn't help that I was sore everywhere either.

"Kaitlyn," Shawn said in a low, soft voice that raised up and down in concern. I looked up at him and that just made me more sad. I threw my head back down so that he didn't have to see me cry. He sat down next to me and started rubbing my back. "Why are you crying?"

I shook my head. "It's nothing. Well it's something, but I don't want to trouble you with it," I said, lifting my head a little bit.

"I want to hear what's troubling you, Kaitlyn," Shawn said.

"Even if it's about you?" I asked.

"Especially if it's about me," Shawn said in a soft voice. I looked up and tried do take a breath, but it got caught in my throat, which I knew would ruin whatever I had to say next with hiccups.

"I'm a-afraid tha-that you will l-love some other girl m-more than me one day," I said. He brought me close to him, hugging me.

"You know, I will," Shawn said definitely. I started shaking.

"W-what?" I asked, looking up at him.

"I will. And you will too." I looked at him weird, pulling out of his grasp. "She will be our little sweetheart. Our little girl. And I may not love her more than you, but I will definitely love her just as much as I do you."

A big smile appeared on my face and I chuckled a little bit, leaning over and resting my head on his sweaty, bare chest.

"Lets go back to the bus," Shawn said. I nodded.

Shawn stood up and helped me stand up after him. I thanked him and put on the cover up. We walked out into the cold morning. It was about 8 in the morning.

I saw a girl passed out on the street. That is not a normal everyday thing. A whole bunch of people swarmed around her and I ran. No one was doing anything. Why was no one doing anything. I saw Shawn running up behind me.

I knelt on the ground next to the girl and shook her shoulders, yelling, asking if she was okay. There was no response, so I started doing compressions. "Shawn, can you call an ambulance?" I asked. He nodded with a shocked facial expression on his face.

I continued doing compressions until the ambulance showed up. The paramedics took over and I stood back to watch. The paramedics put the girl in the ambulance and one of them came to thank me, telling me I saved her life. I nodded and turned to look at Shawn. He still looked shocked. I chuckled.

"Come on, let's go back," I said.

_____

We made it back. I ran to the shower. I turned the water on so that it was lukewarm. I jumped in and took a quick shower, then jumped out so Shawn could take one. I got changed and sat on the sofa, pulling out my phone and logging into twitter.

There were so many posts about me saving this girl's life. I smiled to myself. The door opened and I turned to see Luke and Jessica walking in with Lizzy and Lacee. I put my phone down and smiled at them. They both smiled back.

"Someone just took a shower," Jessica said.

"Yeah. Shawn's in the shower right now." Jessica nodded and sat down next to me with Lacee.

"These girls are the only babies that I can hold without them crying or sleeping. I've actually gotten them to laugh a couple times," Luke said. He was smiling down at Lizzy. I turned to Jessica.

"I approve of this boyfriend," I whispered in her ear. She chuckled.

"Thanks for taking them last night. I seriously needed some sleep." They both nodded.

Shawn walked out of the bathroom with a pair of sweats on and a towel around his neck. My eyes were drawn to him. He was already looking at me.

"Are we stopping for breakfast?" Shawn asked. I nodded.

"I told the bus driver to go to McDonald's," I said. Shawn nodded and took a seat next to me.
