So basically I have pretty clear skin for the most part. Ive been trying to maintain it and all. I have some acne scars that I'm trying to get rid of but I basically have some things listed in this chapter that I use for my skin on a daily basis.
So the first thing I do is wash my face with this African black soap. You can get this soap in a bar or in liquid form. I personally I like it in a liquid form because the bar soap stains. But the liquid form is just easier to me. I let it sit on my face for about 5 minutes and then I get in the shower, do my business, and wash it all off. Don't forget to PAT, NOT RUB, your skin dry.
After my shower, I put on my clothes. Then I use this Witch Hazel Toner water. Then when that evaporates from my skin, if it's the morning time, I'll moisturize with lotion. However if it's night time, I'll moisturizer with Vaseline, because I have really dry skin.
