Hey guys! Before I get into this chapter, I just wanted to apologize for not updating this week. I think though I might update once or twice a week. This might be my new update schedule. Updating once or twice a week is more convenient for me since I have finals and a lot of events coming up soo....yeah. Probably in my next chapter which I will upload later tonight or tomorrow, I'll explain more about everything and my reasoning for not updating more frequently. But right now, onto the good life hacks.
1. Eat While Watching Workout Videos
When you're watching workout videos, you're more obligated to do it. It will get you in the mood after you're finished eating to burn off some calories.2. Do Things Before The Ding
If you've ever tried to fit in some things before the microwave time ends, that applies to this life hack. Trying to get things done before you eat will allow you to feel better about yourself while eating.3. Use Smaller Plates
Using smaller plates will allow you to eat less food, especially if you're trying to lose weight.4. Finding New Restaurants
If you have an iPhone, there is this little slide that shows you every shop, restaurants, etc near you. Basically click on the restaurant option and you have a vicinity of new restaurants you can visit. Or you can always type in Google, "restaurants near me" and it will do the same thing.5. Not Getting Your Hands Dirty
If you've ever eaten a bag of chips, from the bag, then you know how messy your fingers end up being. So make a little bowl out of the bag. Cut a slit on top and you have yourself a bowl.I hope you guys liked that chapter. Make sure to vote and comment some requests for some chapters.
