Using biting nails as an example, a way to fix that would be to apply fake nails once a month that will give you nails a chance to grow underneath.

3: Think of Personal Ways You Would Fix Your Habits
This can be the most affordable and easy ways to fix this problem. You just have to think about your budget and what is in your realm of confidence.

4: Weekly Try-Outs
Try out your resolutions for a week to see how you like them before you set them for an entire year.

5: Keeping the Resolutions
Now that you tried out some resolutions for a week, now it's time for you to see what you actually keep for an entire year. This will be difficult and there will definitely be days that you might cheat on your resolution but other than that, you should keep a resolution that you know will benefit you, your well being, and health.
