"Mama please." I begged for the 100th time.
" Kari Chanel Brewster Parrish if I say no one more time." She said with a stern voice.
" Mama I never get to go to parties. Cali only turns 18 once." I said trying to plead my case.
" No little girl. Now go to bed." She said closing her door.
" I never get to go anywhere." I mumbled under my breath.
" I heard that." She yelled.
I stomped to my room and slammed the door.
I stared angrily at my wall until I dozed off.
"Uhhhh." I gasped waking up out of my sleep.
I looked at my phone. I had a whole bunch of text messages.
It was 11:00 I still had time to make it to the party.
I seen the messages Cali was leaving me.

I quickly and quietly got dressed and grabbed my keys.
I held my shoes in my hand so the floorboards wouldn't squeak.
I made it to the kitchen before I heard a sound.
I stood there quietly. Waiting to see what would happen.
I heard nothing.
I grabbed my moms keys to her range and I quickly walked out the door, locking it then running down the hallway before I got caught.
I had successfully made it to the parking garage. I found my moms white range and got in.
I closed the door and sighed.
God please forgive me.
Then I drove off into the night to 48 Lounge.
