CH.12 "go back"

It had became late and me and Harper went back to the apartment, I was gonna get BEN and we were gonna get Chinese. He's dead and doesn't need to eat, but our relationship is growing and I think I just might let it go somewhere. Harper hasn't talked much but its alright because she might be upset about last nights break in. I opened the door and BEN was sitting on the couch with his eyes closed but when the creak of the door sounded through his eyes shot open and he stood up. "oh you're back"
he smiled and pranced over, hugging me tightly. I smiled and nodded only because he was squeezing the oxygen outta me. I made a wheezing noise and BEN immediately pulled away from me. "I'm sorry y/n I was pretty excited-" "its alright BEN, get dressed we're going out" I cut him off and walked to my room, closing the door and locking it so I can change in my own privacy. I got dressed into black ripped short, and a red hoodie. I nodded in approval as i looked into the mirfor and walked out to see BEN in just skinny jeans and a green flannel, no hat. He put on some concealer and glasses so he looked uh- less like a corpse... He smiled at me and leaned on the wall crossing his arms. "So, cutie. Are you ready?" he sounded confident, his eyebrow was raised as he waited for my response. I basically shrugged and put on my converse, watching as BEN put on white vans. I stared at him. Where did he get white vans? I thought of the damn Daniel vine and chuckled. "Damn BEN back at it with the white vans?" I blurted out, BEN looked to me and shook his head giving a small laugh. I grabbed my wallet and BEN smiled and walked out without me. I followed him, and we both walked to our Chinese restaurant. Perhaps we might do a buffet.

-time skip to the buffet

BEN was playing on his gameboy and I was eating my Chinese food. It was delicious truly, so delicious I had countless empty plates on our table. BEN didn't eat because he said it was unnecessary and if he did it could possibly kill him. Dinner to myself isn't too bad really. BEN looked up from his gameboy, smiled, then shook his head. Then he looked over at a girl, which made me curious.. Because they both looked at each other and waved, before she got up from her table after paying and sat beside BEN. She didn't look at me, so I didn't bother. I minded my own business and drowned them both out.

- BEN's Pov

I saw Jane in the corner of my eye and waved, she had also waved. But she stood up and walked over sitting beside me. Y/n looked up but looked away, was she jealous? I looked at Jane and she spoke in a hush voice. "So, you're going out with mortals now hm?" she smirked and gestured to y/n. I nodded silently, and looked down to my gameboy, turning it off and setting it on the table. Jane glanced at y/n, and I guess started checking her out. I got a bit protective. "don't you have your own girlfriend to drool over, Janey?" I whispered, obviously showing my protection. She nodded and stretched out, and fixed her black dress. "She was suppose to meet me here but she had some errands to run" she looked back at me, she had a straight face. "that girl, your date, is quite pretty. but you shouldn't choose women by their looks Benny boy" Jane smiled, I scoffed loudly catching y/n's attention but she looked down at her plate and continued eating. "shes much more than looks, stop assuming things Jane." I whispered. Jane rolled her eyes and left. That's right Jane get out of here you're ruining my life you lesbian psychopath.
