Tim's POV

It's been a couple days since (Y/n) went to the laundromat and I still have not heard or seen anything about her, and I gotta say it's been worrying me an awful lot. I really hope she didn't get hurt or anything because of me, or even take off with my car because she didn't accept me. Maybe she got kidnapped? Or even killed? I bit my lip as I thought these things and I stood up from my bed, grabbing my hotel card and walking out of the room and staring down the hallway only to be confronted by someone I never thought I would've seen again.

"Tim." Brian said calmly with his hand against the wall. He took a step forward to me as I took a step back. "How???" I cried out. My eyes now brimming with tears. I killed him. I seen him dead with my own eyes. "Can we discuss this later?" Brian's eyebrows furrowed as he grabbed my wrist. "No!" I ripped my arm out of his grasp as my back hit the wall. "You're not supposed to be here! You're not alive... I seen you.... with my own two eyes!" I shouted at him.

Brian shook his head. "I'm here, Tim. I'm fine." He replied as he grabbed my hand again. I shook my head and started sobbing, throwing my arms around his waist and pulled him close to me. "I thought you died- I-I thought I killed y-you." I stuttered between sobs while I felt his arms snake around me comfortingly. "No, Tim. I'm okay. You're okay. I'm really here." Brian shifted before pulling away and looking me in the eyes. I wiped my eyes with the sleeves of my jacket. Brian looked at me weakly and put his hand on my shoulder.

"I've missed you so much, Brian. Jay's....." I started crying again and I slumped down on the ground. I looked up at Brian pathetically. Brian looked away and sighed, sitting down in front of me. "I know.... There's nothing we can do now, Tim. Except for forget everything that happened." Brian consoled, I shook my head. "I can't." I blurted out, looking into his eyes. "I can't forget, knowing (Y/n) is out there and she might be dead because of that thing." I muttered, looking down at my hands but from the corner of my eye I could see Brian tense at the mention of (Y/n). "I could've protected her... I could've protected Jay."

Brian sighed again, putting his pointer finger and thumb under my chin and making me look up at him. "It's not your fault, Tim... I-I have to tell you something..." He announced. I nodded my head in a way to tell him to say it. He sighed and ran his hand through his hair. "(Y/n)-" He started, looking away from me. "(Y/n) is dead." Brian revealed, looking at me sympathetically. My eyes widened and I slammed my hands into my face and letting out an angry scream.

"I never should have let her go! It's my fucking fault! Everything that happened is my fault... Fuck!" I stood up and slammed my head into the wall. Brian grabbed onto my shoulders before I could do any further damage. "Tim please... just... follow me because I have to show you." Brian insisted, leading me away from the wall before he let go cautiously. I nodded bitterly. "I wanna go grab something from my room first." I said shakily before walking back to the door and unlocking it with the card.

I walked back inside and moved quickly to my separate bed from what used to be (Y/n)'s. I grabbed my wooled bomber jacket and my cigarettes and turning to the doorway where Brian was leaning against with his beige hoodie up and his infamous "Hoodie" mask. He pulled something out of the backpack he was carrying, and as soon as I realized what it was I turned bitter. He held my old mask in front of me, and I looked up at him with furrowed eyebrows before sighing and grabbing it. I looked down at it.

The mask was extremely beaten up and dirty, with some cracks in it here and there. The black paint was chipping off of it. I looked at Brian again and he nodded. I thought he told me to forget about the past, but how am I supposed to if I have this stupid mask? I took a breath before I put the mask on. Brian began to leave and I started to put on my jacket, slipping the cigarette packet in one of the pockets as well as a bright yellow lighter.

I followed Brian out into the parking lot where he was opening the door of what I'm assuming is his car and getting in as I did the same. "Your car?" I asked, but cringing when I heard the muffle from the mask as I spoke. He shook his head. "Rental." Brian shrugged as he was also muffled, starting the ignition and backing out. He proceeded to drive out of the lot of the hotel and onto the highway where there were trees scattered everywhere along the horizon.

The atmosphere was dead quiet and it was starting to make me uncomfortable and slightly suspicious. I glanced over at Brian who was seemingly focused on the road but I couldn't tell because his mask was covering his expression. "So, Brian...." I began, to see what he'd do but I only got a quick hum in response without a single glance. "Where are we going?" I queried as I crossed my arms. Brian just looked over for a second and shifted uncomfortably but didn't respond to my question so I sighed and turned to look out the window and fixed my arms back to my side. "Right..." I mumbled quietly to myself.

It was another half an hour and I could feel the car slowing which meant we were about to stop. But when I looked to where we were at it was still on the road but we were just pulling over. I looked over at Brian with a confused expression and he just looked away in response. He pulled the keys out of the ignition and started to get out of the car. As I began to get out I realized that my side of the car led down to a hill, with a lot of trees and what looked to be a car that was crashed into one of the trees. As much as I wanted to question Brian I was pretty certain he wouldn't reply.

Brian was standing at the edge of the hill looking down, he caught my glance and nodded forward as he began to slide down the hill with caution. I followed right behind him before I slipped up a bit and fell on top of Brian, which made us roll down the hill while I was grabbing onto him protectively. When we stopped I was on top of Brian and his mask was slightly above his lips and my mask was off my face and the band was crushing my nose. I groaned when I looked down, and became a blushing mess and fixed Brian's mask as he just laid there awkwardly. I got up from him and fixed my own mask, looking around our surroundings and seeing the car which I immediately recognized was mine. Brian was right next to me and touched my shoulder. I looked down with a sad sigh, shaking my head.

"I want to see her" I muttered to him, looking back up. Brian simply nodded and grabbed my hand nervously as he led me to the car. When we got there the car door was already opened and there was a dried up substance on the steering wheel, (Y/n)'s sweater was torn and drenched in the same substance which I figured was blood, there was broken glass on the seat, one of my pill bottles was tucked in her sweater, the glove compartment was open which contained my empty pill bottles, my phone was nowhere to be found, and my leather jacket wasn't in the backseat anymore. I turned to Brian only to see he wasn't by my side anymore. I looked around frantically before my eyes caught a slim figure with it's hood up climbing the hill again. I sighed and grabbed (Y/n)'s sweater.

I started climbing the hill and eventually caught up to Brian, he wasn't looking at me and I don't think he wanted to. It was a bit suspicious. "What happened?" I asked him sternly, he looked up at me and then looked away. "I'll tell you later, just... come with me." He sighed and moved his hand forward as in a way to tell me to follow him. We crawled back into the car and Brian was silent again. He started the car and drove nervously. I don't know what he did but I think I have an idea.
