Back to Ichi ))

I Shot up in bed the next morning panting, holding my stomach tightly as tears rolled down my cheeks. "Kara?" I looked around as I cried, unable to control it. "Kara?!" I jumped up and ran out of the room screaming for him. I then ran straight into him.

He caught me in his grasp and held my face. "Ichi? Ichi what is it?" He asked gently but urgently. I pushed my face into his chest crying and shaking. I clung to Kara and hid my face. "What's wrong Ichi?"

"I dreamt you left... today instead of next week..." I mumbled and he rocked me back and forth. "I woke up and you were gone I thought it was rule.. you told me to go fuck myself and to stop being so childish as you walked away."

His grasp on my tightened and he burried his face into my hair. "I would never say that to you... Ichi... look at me." He takes hold of my face and I look at him with a tear stained face. "I would never want to hurt you... don't think about a week from now. Think about the here and now. I'm here. That's all you need to think about. Now come out into the dining room there is pancakes ready." He wrapped an arm around me and walked me out to the dining area where father had stacks of pancakes and fresh fruit on plates.

"Kara told me you liked some western foods." He smiled slightly and I nodded, leaning into Kara quietly. He smiled slightly and put them down on the table, I sat and ate in a reasonably happy mannor. And surprisingly nothing was really said about the inevitable Kara leaving. Father even made plans for the day.

"Let's go swimming in the river. I have nothing better to do." He said and Kara laughed slightly.

"Ichi hates the water..." it made me smile.

"I don't mind it I only care when you're the one shooting it at me..."

"Then it's settled. We are going to the river!" Father smiled and I finished my pancakes in record time. "You two go get ready into something you can swim in.

Kara and I both got up and went to the bedroom, Kara picked up his phone and checked his messages before putting it down without answering any. I looked at him for a moment before he turned and smiled. I smiled back slightly and pulled on some shorts and a t shirt, Kara just went bare chest as always but I felt self conscious about my stomach. It was harder and I was worried it was growing.

"You ok Ichi?" He asked and I nodded softly, "you look off.." I shrugged and walked over to him leaning into his side, i didn't want to talk today. I wasn't really in the mood. I looked down at my sore feet and swollen ankles. It was gross.

"I'm ok... let's go..." I mumbled and went to walk, my legs shaky.

"you want me to carry you on my back?" I nod slightly and climb onto the bed and then onto his back, closing my eyes as I rested my face on his shoulder.

"Is he feeling ok?" Father asked as Kara walked out of the room with me cradled onto his back.

"Yeah i think he's just tired."

"You sure you wanna come down bud?" My father asked and I nodded softly.

"I'll be alright..." I mumbled and hugged Kara. We walked down to the river and sat on the waters edge. Kara didn't even warn me before walking into the water which was freezing. I screamed and hit him on the head. "KARA MATSU PUT ME BACK ON LAND!" I screamed and he laughed throwing me into the water. I screamed and swam back over and splashed him, freezing and jumping onto him screeching. "Kara!!"

"What you look good wet!"

"You filthy! You have to sleep in bed with me tonight!"

"Oh Jesus what have I done!" He laughed and ducked under as I struggled to push him down, pretending to thrash like I was strong enough to hold him down.

He resurfaced and spat water in my face. I screeched only to be silenced by his lips landing on mine. I smiled and kissed back, letting the moment last. Not knowing when this closeness with Kara would end, but not wanting it to end either.
