Nico's POV
Never judge a person by her attitude. You might have been wondering the whole time where were you Nico? Well, I had problems of my own. Annabeth attacked me from behind, and I managed to scare her away with some spider creeps with skeleton and zombie heads. Annabeth also threw the flag so far that it could have been used as a javelin in the Olympics. I seen Jason running down deeper into the forest, and I ran after him. As I got closer and closer, suddenly dark fog covered the air, and it always had perfect weather here in camp, plus, it seemed as if it was becoming late but Capture the Flag only lasts maybe an hour and it was only 3:00 p.m. I caught up to the son of Zeus, but when I was about to attack, a figure in the shadows stood on the hill right in front of me. It was suddenly hazy. A figure of a girl and her hair blowing in the wind was stunning, but that ended there. She raised her sword and the tips curved, the form of an arrow fitted in her fingers, then the only light in the whole forest was the moon rising behind her, and the mist made way for it. And when it cleared, it wasn't anyone else but Autumn. Her left eye closed and her right eye glittered silver and the arrow stayed trained on Jason, she pulled it back and aimed it at him, and the moment she let the arrow fly, it landed in front of him. It barely touched him but he fell to his knees with his hands over his ears. "Stop! Don't let this happen!" he yelled. I looked back at Autumn and a grin spread across her face. The smoke cleared and the sun appeared. Before I knew it, she came running towards Jason that was now unconscious. "What did I do?" she said in a panicked voice. "Um..." I tried to search for the right words until a voice behind me made me jump and I accidentally stepped on Jason's sword. "You my dear, have masked reality and, conversely, pierced illusion." a young woman with a pale face and a shining halo in the shape of a crescent moon appeared, she wore a flowing white robe with long white wings and a warm smile. "Who are you?" I asked, she faced me. "Oh my! The child of Hades doesn't even recognize his own father's friend." she said, "What are you trying to say?" Autumn asked, "I am Selene, goddess of the moon, and you my dear, have uncovered the secrets of illusion. Just awhile ago, you used it on this child of Zeus. Later you will find out more." the goddess answered. "Find out more?" Autumn questioned. "Yes, I must go now." and in a flash, she disappeared. I had this feeling, Autumn might be the daughter of Selene, since she used that power so magnificently, or maybe she is just like Hazel, using the power of the mist even if it's controlled by Hecate, but why would she have shown up? All these questions popped up in my head until Autumn snapped me out of it. "Nico! We need to run, now!" she yelled and I realized she was holding the flag and waving her hands. I caught up to her and pulled her arm, "Where are we going?" she asked, "I have a shortcut, trust me." I answered, running in the direction of a stone wall, "NICO YOUR INSANE! YOUR DRAGGING ME INTO A WALL!" Autumn yelled, my cheeks filled up with air and I bursted out laughing, "Ju-Just close your eyes, and keep walking until I say stop." she obeyed and we walked right into the wall and appeared right at our base. "You can open them now." I told her, "Wait, what?" she looked around and the blue team including Percy jogged over to Autumn and lifted her up, they started chanting her name and bringing her around the field. I decided to leave her to that and walked away. I enjoyed it anyways, I thought to myself and walked towards the corridor.
