""Josh I have to go really. If I don't turn in this art project, I'm screwed."

Okay it was a lie but Maya really wanted to leave. They were parked in front of the school and Maya had been trying to leave for the past ten minutes. Josh had been extra touchy lately and as much as Maya tried to get in to it she just couldn't. All she could do was picture a certain cow boy running his hands on her, kissing her, holding her. Not this idiot who was rubbing her thigh trying to start a fire from how hard he was doing it on her jeans. Thank you Winter.

Josh frowned, moving the hand that was on her thigh. Reaching to tuck the stray hair that escaped one of her buns "Alright little Ferret, but tonight it's going to be just us. We'll send Skylar to Riley's and continue this. How that sound?"

'Fucking Gross' Maya thought. That was the last thing she wanted to do. Instead she smiled, already thinking of a way to get out of that. Maybe she could lie and say she has to stay after school? Knowing that wasn't going to work , Maya just nodded "Perfect." She flirted for a bonus. As Josh Smirked, she kissed his cheek and quickly got out of the car incase he tried to stop her again.

She didnt wait for Josh to leave as she made her way inside the building. It was still early so most of the hall was empty. Taking a few steps Maya had stopped. Dropping her bag Maya leaned against the wall. Her body slowly sliding down it. How long was she supposed to keep up with this? As she got home from the dinner with Riley. After what she was told about Lucas she had left the house despite Riley's please for her to stay and talk with her. She went to confront Josh about what she was told but her plan vanished as she was reminded of what Josh would do with her. Now she was stuck with a man who ignored her and treated her like shit. Just like her mother but unlike her mother she had left and never looked back.

Maya was regretting leaving New York.

"Fuck." Maya growled frustrated kicking her bag..

"Awe, What's wrong, Hart?" A familiar voice said causing Maya to groan loudly in annoyance "Trouble in paradise?"

"Fuck off Rebecca," Maya snapped, she still had to beat her ass for lying to Lucas. Right now she just needed to be alone and think "I'm not in the mood."

"What's the matter?"  Rebecca ignored her " Boyfriend realizing he can get something better than a dumbass who got herself kno-"

"Rebecca,' Maya head turned to look at her. Now that she could see her she saw poster boards and bags in her hand. "I swear to God if you don't leave I'm going to whack you with your things."

"I'm serious Hart! What's so bad of having a boyfriend who loves you and his child? You're life seems so perfect wiyh evrryone drooling over you!"

"You don't know a damn thing about me!" Maya half shouted causing the girl to flinch back "Now, If you would so kindly fuck off."

The girl looked at her unfazed. Looking at her searchingly before crossing her arms "Okay, spill."

"Spill what?" Maya glared, why couldn't this dipstick leave her alone?

"Spill what?" Rebecca mocked and glared "Whatever you're so moody about? I haven't seen you all week for you to be this miserable."

Maya looked at her in disbelief before snorting "You're so full of yourself." Maya muttered and lolled her head to the side sighing "Sorry to tell you this Ice Queen but, you're not the only nuisance in my life."

Rebecca scowled at the Ice Queen remark and scoffed "Whatever, Not like I care."

"You obviously do," Maya grumbled and sighed tiredly "And my life is far from perfect. I had a baby when I was fourteen incase you forgotten. So please, don't and go away."
