"Hey Lucas?"
Rebecca stopped Lucas in the hall as he made his way to third period. She didn't know why exactly she was doing this but since she spent the morning with Hart. She decided to make things some what right. Of course she didn't want to. She knew what was going to happen but she decided to do so and of course never talk to him again. What? She never dated the same person twice.
"Hey Bex," Lucas smiled easily making her not want to tell him. To act like everything was still the way it was. Ignoring her inner bitch. She bit her lips staring at her boyfriend who was staring back at her confused "What's the matter babe?"
"We need do um, talk," Rebecca said licking her suddenly dry lips "About Hart?"
"I don't really want to about her right now Bex," Lucas sighed, his mood shifting "You have nothing to worry about, me and Maya are in the past."
"I don't believe that," Rebecca stated deciding to rip the band-aid right there. Folding her arms she ignored his surprised look " I see the way you look at her Lucas."
"That doesn't meant anything."
"It does," Rebecca nodded, taking a step forward she grabbed his hand "I will never hurt you. You know I will never hurt but I need to tell you this and I dont know how you'll take it-"
"What?" Lucas asked "What'd you do?"
"I was the one who told Josh that Maya was here. Told the school and lied to you about not being the father," Rebecca said slowly but quickly tried to defend herself as Lucas snatched his hands from hers staring at her in disbelief "But I didn't know ab-"
"How could you?" Lucas accused her angrily "Do you know what you did? What's caused?"
"I want to break up Lucas." Rebecca hurried seeing him clench his fist "Y-You belong with Hart. You deserve better."
"You're right," Lucas nodded and shook his head.Throwing her a look of disgust and betrayal "Screw you Rebecca."
Turning around, Lucas left the sobbing girl.

"I didnt see her in the art room dude."
"Where can she be?" Lucas frowned.
Ever since Rebecca had told him when she had done. He had went to search for Maya in hope for things to get better. So far though he wasn't having any luck. Why was it so easy for them to run into each other when they ignoring each other? Even with Zay's help he couldn't find her. Where could she be?
"Dude, Isn't that Maya with Skylar?" Zay asked, his finger pointed towards the oposite direction.
Lucas quickly turned his head. His eyes searching the hallway trying to locate where his friend was pointing. Finally his eyes landed on her. Sure enough, Maya was walking down the hall talking happily to Skylar. Ignoring those who were glancing their way. He felt the pang of wanting as he stated at the two. As remembered what Rebecca had told him. His gron face soft as he watched Skylar jump up and down in her little pink sweater dress with her white barret. As his eyes turned to Maya he couldn't help get awestruck at her beauty as always. Wearing white sweater and black jeans with boots giving her a little boost. Her hair down in soft waves.
She was breath taking.
He hadn't even realized he was walking to her until she stopped. Staring up at him confusion "Lucas? What are you doing?"
"We need to talk, "He glanced down nervously at Skylar "Now." he hadn't mean to sound so demanding. Even he could hear the ugerancy in voice.
"I dont ca-"
