Chapter 1
The blinding sun wakes me up, my mom opened the curtains.
"You don't want to be late for your first day of school," she says.
"Yes I do." I mumble.
She left and I reluctantly get out of bed. I look into the mirror only to see a horrid monster looking back-me. Still half asleep I brush my hair, apply some makeup, and make myself look descent. It takes me forever to choose an outfit. I finish and it's been 15 minutes. I head downstairs and scarf down a bowl of cereal.
I'm already late for school so I say goodbye to my mom, and run out the door.
I'm moving so fast that I don't notice the big blue truck heading my way. I freeze, and the rest of the world freezes with me. I can't hear anything except for the sound of my own heartbeat.
This is where I die.
