Taehyung groaned as his stomach growled. This was not going well. Why did he decide this was a good idea? Why does he think all bad ideas are good ones? There were still 76,888 hours until he could eat or drink anything again, yet he was already starving and begging for something to fill his stomach.

"You know, you really could just quit and continue eating," Jimin told him, "heck, you're not even that fat! Even poor, starving families have more food than you would in 10 years!" Taehyung grumbled and buried his head in his pillow one more time. He wasn't going to cry this time, he barely had any tears left to do so anyway. "I hate my decisions," he said, his voice muffled by his pillow.

"Oh my god, Tae!" Jimin shook Taehyung's shoulder, "There's a squirrel outside!" Taehyung huffed and sat up to see where Jimin was pointing. Sure enough, in a tree right opposite the dorms, there was a little squirrel scurrying up the tree trunk. "Oh god," Jimin drooled, "I can literally smell it from here, and it smells so good~"

"Werewolves are weird," Taehyung stuck his tongue out teasingly. Although, he had to admit, he could almost taste the squirrel's delicious soul, and he was that far away from it. Was he really going to be able to survive 10 years of this, or would he give up and devour as much food as he can as soon as he can? Gosh, he was starving. He eyed the squirrel like it was prey. No, he could handle this. Don't pay attention to food, it'll only make you starve more, he told himself.

Seokjin got up to take his Physics textbook from a bookshelf. He was about to start on his homework, luckily it wasn't too much. He'd finish it before the carnival, or at least before the day is over, and it'd be ready for class the next day. He put the book down and took a seat before he froze. He could smell something, it was blood. It wasn't even human blood, it was animal blood. He hasn't felt so attracted to animal blood for such a long time. But he was famished right now, he was pretty sure anything could make him feel full. Even garlic, even though he'd end up being sick for a week or two if he did. But gosh darnit, he was hungry!

He pulled the curtains open a little, just enough to peer out without the sunlight directly hitting him, to look for the source of the savory smell. His eyes locked on a small squirrel on a tree opposite the dorms, right behind the main compound of the school. He could hear his stomach rumbling, calling and begging for anything to fill it, even if it was just a single drop of blood. Seokjin shook his head and returned to his work. He had to finish this, food could wait until later.

It was barely any time soon that the carnival had started. Jimin was bouncing up and down on his bed waiting impatiently for Jungkook and Hoseok to get ready. He was clearly excited for the night, which made Hoseok and Jungkook smile and laugh at the excited boy. Taehyung and Yoongi were waiting for them outside their dorm, Taehyung giving Yoongi a small rant about how he hates being this hungry, and Yoongi laughing back at him. "You chose the wrong person to chat with," he said, "Tae, I'm never hungry. I can't eat anything, I can't relate. Good luck suffering, ha!"

Finally, when Jimin, Jungkook and Hoseok emerged from their dorm, they looked around the empty corridor. "Where're Namjoon-hyung and Seokjin-hyung?" Jungkook asked. Yoongi shrugged. "Seokjin-hyung said he's getting ready, but it's been half an hour since I left our dorm and he still hasn't come out." Hoseok raised an eyebrow and walked down the corridor to stop outside Yoongi's and Seokjin's dorm. He knocked loudly on the door. "Hyung, you in there?" He called. No reply. "Hyung!" Taehyung knocked even louder, "If you're not coming out, we're leaving without you!" Still no reply.

Yoongi huffed and headed inside, searching every nook and cranny for Seokjin. "Hyung?" He called again, without a reply once again. Yoongi sighed and left the room, shaking his head once he was on the other side of the wall. "Maybe he's with Namjoon-hyung already," Jimin shrugged, Jungkook nodding in agreement. "Hyung, we're leaving now," he called, "see you later!"
